@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • MunkeyKungFu Liam Hall (@MunkeyKungFu) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • Stephen2791 Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

  • DavidPenton1 Dave (@DavidPenton1) reported from Bristol, England

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • nick15cox Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

  • sarahambe70 Sarah Ambe 🌹🇪🇺 (@sarahambe70) reported from Bristol, England

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • harrogate_stuff Harrogate Stuff (@harrogate_stuff) reported

@thestrayferret The @PostOffice service in #Harrogate (a Crown Post Office) was terrible for years. Converting it to residential use instead of #retail seems to be good idea and any pretence complaint from @AJonesMP is farcical.

  • GameChangerGirl GameChanger (@GameChangerGirl) reported

@PostOffice @ClaireEWebb Tom, Promote that service then duh You’re asking people to use cash and then saying you don’t do a change service 🪵

  • arvindpandeypj arvind pandey (@arvindpandeypj) reported

@PostOffice @PostofficeSa @PostOfficeNews Why speed post service are not available in Chenari bihar

  • SPhinbow Sandra Phinbow💙 (@SPhinbow) reported

@debstergr @PostOffice I wish I’d seen this in 2003. When I needed a running away fund. Keep running the ad. It will help ppl who need an escape fund held secretly.

  • PaulHoft1 Paul Hoft #FBPE (@PaulHoft1) reported

@PostOffice Awful. Imagine if she’d have been a sub poster master as well!

  • Andy_T_ Andy T (@Andy_T_) reported

@PostOffice @PostOffice here's the reference number of the item you fail to deliver on time even though you took the money for a next day delivery. VE0091283227GB. Ryan seems to think I should contact the courier, who is the courier ? #postoffice

  • kay_k1 Kay Perry (@kay_k1) reported

@PostOffice Sorry, it just doesn’t sit right. But I’m all for cash in a world where the rich are getting richer and the poor poorer.

  • Augusti76310381 Augustine Hawkins (@Augusti76310381) reported

@PostOffice I'm suggesting it's been forgotten and this is my experience, so far all i've heard is that it's being dealt with, this is a very poor response and typical that i as the victim am being turned into the nuisance for daring to question your process.

  • iph0ne Dan Caro (@iph0ne) reported

@PostOffice @Glenlyon17 “If you’re abused, use the post office” is seriously bad tone.

  • plugwash Peter Green (@plugwash) reported

@robarrypotter @PostOffice Nah this is buisiness disguised as public advocacy. When you take out cash at the post office the service is free to you, but the post office gets paid by your bank. Afaik how much they get paid isn't public but it's likely more than ATM operators get.
