@thetruebluechef @PostOffice Whilst we’re on the subject of @PostOffice can you tell me why I’m paying for a redirection service and yet I’m still having personal medical letters sent the old address ? 😒

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice No. It’s a scam. You can use the number 7726 to report it to your mobile network provider x

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Yesterday while out walking we saw our postman talking to a neighbour who was showing him a post office message about a delivery. He told her to always ignore these as the post office never send phone messages about deliveries.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice You should be paying that. I already paid £10!There was no card. I just read it on the track and trace. Nothing was left in the mail room and the intercom wasn’t used to alert me that someone was at the door. I’ve been home every day for the last 2 weeks with a broken shoulder.

@PostOffice Hello, do you know if your internet service is down? We've had issues for the past 24 hours or so.

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Just another scam. Report to mobile service provider, block and delete. I use iPhone so can send all unknown numbers to voicemail without ringing and text messages from unknown numbers go into a spam text folder.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Maybe Tom... but as far as UK public is concerned, you are a single @PostOffice brand, with history & trust to nurture. You are in it together; no point passing the buck - there is no mileage in my making a complaint about 2 untraceable letters...

@PostOffice @goodmaz_maria @fascinatorfun Query: would Royal Mail display their logo in all official communucations. Or just never send texts?

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice I had similar a few weeks ago. I wasn’t waiting for a delivery. I ignored it. I also had one from some company I’d never heard of, who said they’d attempted a delivery at my address (twice). Ignored. These scams seem to be going on everywhere.
