    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice You have just said that Stephen had raised the matter with the teams/individuals concerned so does this mean the respective Post Offices have been advised or not? If not I will need to make other postal arrangements. I can't be let down by the @PostOffice once again..

    You'd think that like any good retail business, @PostOffice would prioritise availability of counter staff at the busiest times of day. 1330 today in Altrincham town centre, no chance. 10 customers queueing and only 1 staff member. Recorded delivery is a service I can't buy!

    @PostOffice Your Post Office (Wexham Rd, Wexham, Slough SL2 4HE) refused and destroyed my stamps (2nd Class Large) because they didn't have the royal mail text on the surface (these stamps never have). I have lost 2 stamps and a lot of my time. No one responded to my complaint.

    @PostOffice I've had another enquiry just today about Signed For stamps not being accepted at a branch. Don't know which; will the help line know or do you need to nudge the branch?
