@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

@toryboypierce Please pop down IDRC @PostOffInquiry 8th December to see at first hand how @postoffice and their legal teams are still delaying compensation claims and still spending £MILLIONS of tax payers money 💰 as they did trying to defend the indefensible high court GLO #PostOfficeScandal

@CWUPostmaster @NFSP_UK @PostOffice We were seen as a cash cow, a cost not an asset. POL creamed off & demanded every penny they could wring out of us, and then launched NT which offloaded even more of their costs onto us. They had no incentive to fix issues when they could garner so much money using fear and power

@PostOffice Just so you know, HSBC closed our local branch so the only way my business can pay in cash is with the Post Office. Terrible service from both tbh. @HSBC_UK did you know how poor your service to business customers is when you close a branch?

@sandratizzard @NFSP_UK @PostOffice John Peberdy was so concerned that he suggested a new losses and gains policy be drawn up. It never happened nor ,as I was calling for ,was a new Contract reflecting digital accounting drawn up. Why was this?

@PostOffice @dmcfuge Oooh, blaming @WHSmith when the reason why many branches are understaffed is down to the fact that remuneration from Post Office Ltd doesn’t cover the costs of extra staff!! 😡

@PostOffice @Resurge888 Can I jump on this? We have post office house insurance, but 19 days after our roof started leaking, you can imagine the state of the ceilings! Even a formal complaint has made no difference. Surely you should be seeking to prevent further damage?

@PostOffice @FlaskEnd My local post office never offer any services during the postal strikes (including banking services). This is severely affecting our business being unable to pay money in or get change. Please can you advise why they aren’t offering this service when your website says you do?

@PostOffice very poor service in a city centre, 2 cashiers, inside a old and run down & drab @WHSmith no wonder people send emails and use alternative parcel services, such a shame, lack of investment, lack of care, passion and staff, shameful really.

@PostOffice Tom, it makes no difference what time as there are never enough staff. Today I was there at 11.30, but yesterday at 2.30 I tried to go in and gave up as the queue was out the door. There have not been enough staff all year. People are fed up waiting and the staff are stressed.
