    Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @ruthm4x @Ofcom @PostOffice … paying customers which is what branches need to stay open. While it’s convenient for people it’s also making branches suffer. If branches close customers will have to travel further and could end up costing the customer more money. Support your local branches where possible 🥰

    @Ofcom Can you also sort out Ilkley @PostOffice refusing to take prepaid parcels & post as they "don't make any money from them"? They shout at people, tell them to "get out & don't come back", very rude, & don't understand the function of a post office. They've been like that for years

    @PostOffice Yes, I’ve been using the email address given in communications but nobody is replying!?if I can’t use the phone to communicate and nobody is replying to my emails, I can’t access customer service at all. It’s really poor.

    @IndiaPostOffice sir I have done speedpost having Consignment no EM382719409IN but it is not delivered. In online tracking it's shown address issue. It is returned to RMS Postoffice Patna today itself . I am requesting to that plz send it back to AIIMS SO .

    @PostOffice so the technical team tell@me I have have theft on my account with a new contract being set up - I haven’t but then transferred to customer service who disagree. Gives you faith and still no internet or phone line. Personally I reckon you have messed up

    @IndiaPostOffice Respected Sir/Madam,Its about one Month yOu are replying me in the same sense- I already checked with the main post office of our area. there is no parcel for me. You are the service provider so you are the only responsible for team who have to find. I cant go to every postoffice
