Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

it wasnt very nice in side the post office any way when we went in thier it look very old looking i think it look better now that they take the old postoffice down and build it up as a new fish chips shop it look so much better i think any way and at least we can now buy fish chi

@RoyalMail @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I didn't appreciate a postal worker coming into Culcheth Post Office yesterday at 16:50, to quietly call another customer in the queue a "******" whilst collecting the post. Then deny it when confronted, when we all heard it!

@PostOffice there’s a new lady at your St Helena branch. She has a disgusting attitude. Very rude and moves as if she’s doing US a favour. Aowa lokisang basebetsi ba lona. There’s a way to treat customers.
