Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

At present we're not looking at cash deposit alternatives. You will continue to be able to deposit funds via cheque and electronically free of charge.

.@PostOffice Hi, I took out travel insurance with yourselves prior to going on holiday and unfortunately my partner has tested positive for COVID on a PCR test. Now it’s been over a month, when I ask for a call back I don’t get one, absolutely **** service!! Shocked!!!

@PostOffice please help. Was supposed to have a package delivered today between 946 and 1146, had no update and it’s still not arrived. Even the short version of tracking says it’s ready for delivery. Any ideas what’s going on?

@PostOffice the post office has lost another item. An automated message on tracking says the tracking number is no longer available. The web site is useless, service is useless, you can't speak to customer services and they were dismissive at the sorting office. They don't care.

@BarryShipteas @PostOffice 3. In order to get a self service kiosk, POL have to approve you for it, want your printer moving to a more ideal place ( to help with ease for the customer).... I was quoted £1k ( & we have to use their engineers... in the contract).

@PostOffice Trust me, I won't be rushing back there.. It was only because it was an emergency that I was in there... Our lovely village post office is the opposite of the chaotic one at Diss and I happily use the village one!!

@PostOffice @KathrynHavelock Tom this is a daily occurrence in branches, I witnessed a customer walk past the 3 A4 signs directing the covid tests to the Box outside, they proceeded to stand in a bust que, then try to habd them to staff who get berated for refusing to take them.
