@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice Same reply I got on the phone. If I used the app to top up it would be at a worse rate than buying it in cash on your website, 1.107 in app and 1.134 on website. If you sign in on website it automatically changes your rate to the lower value. Losing £18 in £500.

@PostOffice YOU ARE A BIG BIG #disgrace TO BRITAIN. yesterday I went to #woodgreenpostoffice about 5pm the door says close 5:30 both self service tills was closed the queue was long .

@EalingCouncil please can you raise the complete absence of counter staff at Ealing @PostOffice with the management - some services cannot be purchased at self service and most people need staff intervention for self service machines anyway queuing for over 45 minutes

Customer service is terrible everywhere, @PostOffice in @westfieldlondon people are fighting, shouting & swearing because there’s no staff. It’s not staff shortages it’s corporate greed & it’s getting on everyone’s nerves

@PostOffice got winter insurance through you (via Csal) their service has been appalling. Waited 10 months 4 them 2 pay on a claim, hospital threatening 2 sue us,& now they haven’t paid the additional costs incurred from them not paying in the first place. Outrageous.

@PostOffice The number you gave is for car insurance claims. This is as I said, a travel insurance claim. We had our van broken into whilst in Italy and they stole a load of our belongings. I've tried contacting your travel insurance claims dept they just send "sorry we've a backlog" emails
