    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    I’ve had home insurance from @PostOffice for two months and tried to cancel it as I’ve moved out and they wanted me to pay them to cancel it! Apparently making no claims over those two months has cost me 75% of my policy cost! Utterly ridiculous!!!

    @PostOffice I sent 3 parcels on 21. 12.2020 paid £61. 00 for special next day delivery by 1pm none of the parcels arrived by 1pm, and 2 out of 3 2 days late! I have emailed a complain asking for a refund of the additional I have paid for that service and still not had a reply!

    @PostOffice I am trying to cancel the pension payments of my Nan after her death and close the accounts. I have been on hold for ages and cut off many times. Is there any other way of doing this?

    @PostOffice Hi - its now over a month since my second complaint- not heard anything since. Any updates? Because as it stands I have been banned from using your services at my local branch - and you haven’t sorted it out yet? Despite saying it was sorted first complaint....

    @PostOffice Hey Tom, my wait was 45 minutes. My concern was more for the single employee working with a huge queue of customers. Also an awful alarm going off continually in the store. Doesn't make great working conditions...

    @NickCohen4 You know whose to blame? All those terrible customers who sent the highest volume of post in its history, in the middle of a covid crisis where some of @PostOffice staff were working 2 metres apart, with some off. Be fair.
