@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@HelloCity1894 @PostOffice Crazy! poor people. Can't imagine what that felt like to be accused and have everyone not believe you that you're innocent.

The #PostOfficeScandal is indeed a pitiful tale, per #bbcpm, all the more so because this was done by a public service, therefore in a sense done on behalf of us all. It makes me very, very angry. The @PostOffice should be deeply ashamed.

@jennyranderson @PostOffice Lives ruined and even though vindicated this will likely still have an impact on their lives for ever. Should be paid the remainder of their working lives salary, pension, should also be heavily compensated. It won't bring back the time lost but it will help.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice You are sorry but only for the bad publicity this has generated. There are people who ultimately have blood on their hands and have no doubt got away without reproach. Hang your heads in shame, but I doubt it.Sorry....Sorry you’ve been found out 👍

@terry_moran1 @PostOffice I've never understood this. It was so obviously wrong from the outset. Corporate mindset so often cannot accept it might be wrong.

Bravo. I hope the @PostOffice compensates these poor people not only for the time they spent in prison but for the years they spent labelled as criminals when they were wholly innocent. Out-fking-rageous. #horizon #PostOfficeScandal

I don't really know enough about this @PostOffice story but from what I have read today the actions of the PO are absolutely disgraceful. Those poor people - no amount of money will ever make up for their actions. I hope there will be recriminations - but won't hold my breath.

All those poor folks who worked as Post Masters for @PostOffice, who had their lives torn apart and their names and reputations dragged thro the mud, such a shame. Heads should roll for this.

Who are the #PostOffice directors and senior managers that doubled down after IT glitches were first identified? What actions were taken, or will now be taken, against them for their roles in the #PostOfficeScandal?
