Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

The "cyber incident" was 3 weeks ago, so why were #PostOffice still selling Int'l Tracked early last week? (with no mention of any delays)
