@PostOffice Thanks for the response but this has been the case for a good year now. The staff are wrongly receiving daily abuse from upset customers, which could be resolved simply by staffing the store sufficiently.. It’s not fair on your staff or the community reliant on your service.

@IndiaPostOffice Sir I have made a complaint on postman Chandrashaker Palladam,TN-641664.He's very irresponsive lots & lots of compliments are filed on him no action is taken by PostOffice Dept.None of the gov post are getting delivered pls take action on him it's a kind request
