Adric Warth (@adric_warth) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I spoke to The staff at WH Smith where the post office is located & they were surprised when they closed at 1. I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they werenβt even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

Anne (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.
-
Kim (@Neeknowsbest) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Took some old notes to local main Post Office to be told you no longer exchange them, or allow them to be paid into bank account. No wonder Post offices are closing all the time. No longer offering a service to the community.
-
Anne (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Absolutely appalling customer service, IN Didcot PO today. The one inside Whsmith. .. Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. π±. #postoffice

Anne π»ππ (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I posted a normal package 3rd December and its still not arrived. π±. Apparently many have had a problem, with this date. So lady in Didcot / coop p/O said.
-
Anne π»ππ (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I would also like to point out. The staff really should make people aware of this. The assistant (female) not the older lady, is rude too. I don't live here but my daughter in law does, and assistant is always rude.

Nicko (@Freindy12) reportedThis awful person @EdwardJDavey should be in jail. He also helped the corrupt @PostOffice prosecute innocent sub-postmasters and trousered over Β£270,000 for so doing. Monstrous.
-
maxx (@maxxbayo) reported@SparkMinus When you make a sale online, a shipping label is provided, you just need to package it yourself and have your postal service either pick it up from your house or drop it off at the postoffice. Both are free
-
Gaylene Van Horn (@gaylene_horn) reported@sharicedavids Want to help your constituents? Fix the parking lot at the Lenexa postoffice! Holes big enough to drop an axle!
-
bryan mathieson (@bmmtweet) reportedEspecially when if we are lucky we get only three actual deliveries a week. Often down to just two most weeks @RoyalMail @PostOffice
-
Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything
-
Kelly (@Tiger73Quinn) reported@PostOffice The Port Talbot Post office was open, my in-law were there in business hours & it was empty apart from 4 counter staff chatting told each. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
-
appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they havenβt received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
-
Woolfy Hulky (@WoolfyH) reported@CompaniesHouse @GOVUK What dreadful service. For the past 3 months i have been trying to verify my identity. No help from both. Gov uk agents told me now that I need to get an accountant. Why can i not get a letter for the postoffice. Broken-down. Stressed

martyn (@martynm700) reported from Dudley, England@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service
-
Guy Forkes (@GForkes15653) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Every civil service agency or department has had issues with implementing any large scale project whether that HS2, IT or rolling out xyz. Despite the costs being astronomical, I wonder why they don't just outsource the whole thing. Or is it because they are using private...?
