    @PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

    @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

    @leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    @PostOffice Is there a reason why C&D barcodes can't be scanned on your SSK, e.g. "2nd Class Signed For" whereas "Tracked 48" shopping returns can? Customers needing POP could considerably reduce queue times instead of waiting for a counter service if that was implemented.

    @PostieMcPost @PostOffice I've told her to be sure to write account details on back of cheques from now on. I always do but I knew that from working with cheque. She's so used to transferring money at the click of a button. PO should do it or hand it back for customer to do it

    @MSNBC @MaddowBlog He is sending business to companies he has stock in all the while destroying the US postoffice by depriving them of their biggest money making time of the year! It is deliberate to destroy and privatize the postal system! Biden needs to get off his *** and correct this problem!
