@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@ShellEnergyHome parents have just found out their post office broadband is with you now. Their bb is not working and they can’t get in touch with you to sort it @PostOffice being unhelpful.

Click. Drop. (I’ve been) Done. Few weeks ago, turn up at local post office with QR code. They print label. Parcel sent. Easy. Today. Scan QR code. “We can’t print that, you need a sorting office”. Same PO on list of drop locations. Never again. Bye @PostOffice @RoyalMail

@AmazonHelp I have had repeated discussions with people I’ll equipped to engage in common sense and customer service. The 1 return label was not scanned by @PostOffice because they will only do one at a time.

@MeriamKhan64 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp XP1 is the code that the post staff use to sign on your behalf I believe. So during Covid that there is no need for the customer to touch the electronic signature machine

@PostOffice Broad band has been down last 2 nights! Since Shell took over its been a nightmare. If you can't fulfill your contract I should be able to cancel without surcharges
