@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It happening too many times with Royal Mail nowadays, It only last week when they had problems with their system again, they just getting beyond a joke. I'm going to switch to in-post from now to send my items out, Royal Mail if dropping off at Post-office are 30% more expensive

@PostOffice Yup, just posted the parcel that should have gone saturday. As you can't print proof of posting receipts for these parcels, if they are lost in the post @RoyalMail will need to issue compensation without this receipt.

@RoyalMailHelp @AskeBay I bought several Royal Mail Tracked labels on ebay, I have just taken parcels to @PostOffice and the counter staff says none of the labels are scanning in on their system and he has had several customers with the same issue, What is going on?

We have sent the 2 parcels for lucknow same day via Speed Post EU515495195IN , EU515495200IN but only 1st one delivered and second didn't....i tried to contact with customer care number but he's also denied and refused to register my complaint @IndiaPostOffice @PostOffice .
