@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Thank you. Can you please confirm back to me once the area manager has resolved this as it is an issue if we are having to carry around large amounts of money to different locations only to be refused because of a lack of knowledge. This is a safety issue and we need to plan it

@Keziahhhx @PostOffice @PostOffice Please just write down the name and address on the parcel and let the post office process the item and pay for the postage at the post office branch. By doing a prepaid eBay postage you aren't properly supporting your local branch.

@USPSHelp It seems recently that the most the @USPS delivers is rubber bands; the mails are slow. Indeed March 2020 I applied for a passport renewal at a local #PostOffice, had it duly sent in, got the expd one back but never the new one. @StateDept

@PostOffice I don't need to anymore I'm through with them but I am also making other disabled customers aware leave Now and go else wher ... Appreciate EE is part of BT but 30-50mb 4g internet is out standing compared to Openreach and their cabled network and ISP support Openreach

Also I'm aware there's some problem with USPS right now ;; ;; Because all packages seem to reach their destination in 2 weeks except for USA orders, looks like they're still at the border? I'll try contact the postoffice again and do whatever I can.

Brilliant. @USPS delivered one package to the wrong house,another promised to be there today,at last text, it is a state and half away. I decided to give the #postoffice one more chance because they are close by-never again. I’d rather pay more than this frustration. #FedExtime
