    @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

    @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

    @leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    @PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

    @PostOffice Lawrence Weston. In the co op. Caroline did as much as she could in order to give me as much info as possible. But she was also confused too. Do you know if it is still okay to send the mail in the post box or is that a royal mail issue to discuss?

    @MartinSLewis Is it correct for an energy company not to send a bill to a customer? She's on a Smart Meter and has always paid in the PostOffice on receipt of the bill.Twice , No Bills but final demands..They say she has to pay online. No Internet. She's 80.

    @PostOffice Yeah right lol. Just use an X-ray machine so customers aren’t slowed down at the till when sending packages. That’ll save me time as I don’t have to remember what I’m sending as the X-ray scanner will answer that question for us. Save time and help more customers in a day.

    @PostOffice Why are the machines at Golders Green Post Office not working again. The queue for the post office services is out into the street at 11.29 on a Tuesday morning. Elderly people are having to stand for very long times. This is terrible service

    @PostOffice I just think you need to sort out more staff because they are so slow. The one server who is working is having chats with everyone even after paying I’ve left the queue because it’s a joke

    @USaddressinc hello, my package is lost by usaddress, as per usps item was delivered to elizabeth postoffice. But as usaaddress says item might be lost. Such a generic response. Its really annoying service. People please stop using it. Tracking info : 9405508205499686310875

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp trying to make claim of lost item as I send it on 28th June, using the first class service, no tracking, nothing from the counter staff, told me I am free to go, now you ask me about proof of posting, how can I proof that?
