    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

    @PostOffice I sent a parcel vis you and parcelforce to USA but its stuck in UK as no customs invoice. I paid £200 for 2 day delivery and still not delivered. Spoke with local postoffice who said they don't attach customs invoice yet parcelforce said you should. Please help?

    @PostOffice unwelcoming, slow service, empty shelves, inefficient, staff ignoring the queue and just doing what appears to be nothing. No wonder people use other couriers now

    Now then @RoyalMailHelp and @PostOffice I used special delivery. I checked 2 days after posting and package was signed for. Then I lost the receipt. Thought nothing of it until there’s an issue. Apparently the only record of that tracking number is on my receipt. That’s a lie.

    @chasstewart01 @PostOffice They are completely ignoring it and pretending it never happened. Which makes every single PO employee complicit in the crime. Anyone who has worked for PO since before 2018 is guilty of gross incompetence and / or criminal assault on subpostmasters .
