@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@ADTherapyCoach @PostOffice Silly question, but do you call the customer helpline regularly to kick up a fuss? It seems more than a coincidence that these were delivered with a few days after calling virtually every day last week

@rob3047 @PostOffice @firstdirect This doesn’t help you Rob but I stopped taking cash and cheques in 2019. Under £1000 the cheque can be paid in via the app but is still a PITA. It’s card or BACs now and I only pay out in the same way.

@PostOffice Hmm... delivery office where I used to live didn't ask for tracking number, just address & ID was enough. Appreciate being a small village office, not a large town centre one has a bearing on that, though. Even if I've only moved a mile further down the valley. Thanks anyway

@ethyrica lol. In HS, Hyannis, (Cape Cod), 1971, I was excited to join an anti-war rally in front to the PostOffice downtown. I got there, and no one was there! So I sat on the steps for a while, and went home. My number never came up. If it had, I would have been a conscientious objector.

@PostOffice why are you accepting parcel for international shipping. 5 to 7 days deliver but over 14 days and nothing why not inform us of the issues before sending .

Hey @PostOffice you might want to change your website. Just had a 30 mile round trip for nothing. Website says Barnstaple is open. It's not. The nice bloke putting post into boxes doesn't count,the sign in branch says closed & none of the advertised services available. Not happy.
