@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice In Stevenage PO we asked for 2 intl driving licenses to hire a car in Canada. Cashier misheard & processed 2 renewals. Snipped both licenses in half before we could stop her! Please can you help us? We need our renewals expedited as we fly on Sat or long awaited holiday ruin!?!

Has anyone noticed how slow the post is at the moment? It’s taking three days minimum for a first class letter to arrive and over a week for second class. I know it’s busy time of the year but that is unacceptable. Post office sort it out! #RoyalMail #PostOffice

@PostOffice Hi - my broadband has been down for 3 days now. Every time I try to access the web I get the message “Sorry, this page is not accessable using a browser” on screen. Never had this issue before. Any idea what the problem is?
