@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

It's the level of pettiness that annoys me. There's zero reason to treat business like this. No wonder their buyer pulled out in 2021

@ChrisFarrelly @siany_d @PostOffice If you were to pay your Council Tax at a Post Office counter and they failed to empty your bins would you complain about that to Post Office too? You’d be no more or less wrong than you are in this case. Siân is just trying to help by pointing you in the right direction.

@PostOffice I am having trouble finding a post office that I can renew my digital photo driving licence they are saying software needs to be updated. Is this the case with all branches at present.
