@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Not great service from @PostOffice for my @BootsUK delivery. Delivery 3 and half hours earlier than stated. Not out of bed as I have Covid. Now have to wait until Friday. Why send a txt with wrong delivery time?

@PostOffice I was just in my local Post Office, 30 mins ago...and the service is not available NOR are there any forms to do it via the post. Not that I want to use the postal option. I NEED the Post Office service back up and running!

@LBackhouse @PostOffice As QR code that the customer presents at the counter for returns automatically completes all of the info & automatically prints the label, I am genuinely intrigued as to how this could have happened 🤔 Please keep me updated on this x

@PostOffice @Wes_Hill_ Hi Tim, the customer does NOT need a personalised deposit slip anymore! They write all deets on the back of the cheque & we advise customer it may add 24 hours to clear.

@BettyBull @PostOffice There is a new system now where you have to swipe the card through the pinged on the customer side. You might need to explain this to them. Hope this helps
