@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice I told her it was safe to post, as I stated very clearly "It is not on your prohibited lists" and a rough value. She flat out REFUSED to accept it and I took it elsewhere. They, had no issues and listened to me. I've made an official complaint.

Why does @USPS suck so bad? I'm sick of reading that my overdue shipment has been sitting at a waystation somewhere for days when everything else I ordered before it, including from eBay, has already been here... for days... #USPS #PostOffice #mailtruck

@PostOffice Hello the Post Office. Can you please tell me, when were your rules changed that your Post Office staff MUST know what's in my package I'm sending? This, I believe is a privacy issue. So please, when did your rules come into effect?

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp If you're separate, then be separate. If you just have old creaking systems with no flexibility maybe don't profess to be that flexible "we can do it" company on your website and then be a lumbering dinosaur when it comes down to it

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice What's the script then if a Post Office member of staff doesn't believe a customer (thinks they are lying)? How should they deal with them?

@L1A75 @PostOffice Yeah, every day people ask about passports or certification and we have to direct them to the nearest mains, who either are terrible at customer service or haven't had a single minute of training.
