@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Just been told my local @LloydsBank is closing and will need to do my banking at the local @PostOffice instead only issue that is closing too! This kind of thing is killing local communities let alone making things a nightmare for the elderly and disabled

@PostOffice Hi! I use the USA PDDP service via click & drop but my P.O refuses to accept packages - they show me instructions from RM to not accept *any* USA packages. But RM assures me this does not apply to duty-paid packages & that the P.O should take it? I'm stuck in limbo!

@NoToDigitalID Why do they need to know who is vaccinated its our own choice & we have medical records that tell them that, they cannot stop fraud through data now never mind having it in 1 place, its control nothing else, the postoffice saga proved that, the programmes are not safe

@PostOffice @Scotmid I tried to buy some stamps at the post office in prestonpans but I was told your systems have been down all day. No signage up in the store at all. I asked if I could buy stamps and was told no so I assume scotmid doesn't sell books of them. Not good enough.

@PostOffice Why haven’t the self service machines at Eastcheap London been working for weeks? Always out of use. Queues are crazy, even in the mid-afternoon.
