@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Hi @PostOffice How can I find out whether your St Aldates branch is able to do photo driving licence renewals currently? There doesn't seem to be a way to contact the branch directly and I don't want to have a wasted journey again. Help!

@PostOffice Yes. I’ve called 4 times and emailed no reply. I had to find another 1000 and get a worse rate at the airport. Customer service really poor I ve lost £1000!

@PostOffice Well I havent heard anything from Customer Services today. New Longton PO staff havent been in touch despite saying they would investigate & let us know, my mother's cheque is still missing & the whole incident looks very suspicious.

@PostOffice The post office in Wallingford is still shut. Several residents, including myself, have had the same standard reply to emails, more than once. Take it seriously please, we don't want standard replies we want a functioning post office. As my MP @david4wantage can you help please?

@GinoProg @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp See your point but no customs charge was demanded because it was never delivered! Or if it was attempted, no card was left. And it was decided that flying it all the way back to the UK and to me was better then attempting to deliver it in CR.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice who do I email regard issues with sizing of items I’m sending. I’m being overcharged every single time. I’m sending a large letter and being charged small parcel?! (& I’m measuring correctly and it’s in line with a large letter)
