@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@johnstankevitch @PostOffice We also get a financial penalty from Royal Mail if, as a whole, post gets wrongly classified as large letter instead of small parcel too often across the Post Office network (4)

@firstdirect why do you partner with @PostOffice they’re pretty useless! Can only withdraw £900 cash - HSBC branches are on the decline! 3rd issue I’ve had with the post office in terms of banking - paying in cash & cheques being the other 2 #reasonstoleave

@IndiaPostOffice Already solan postoffice handled the issue but reported there is no sign of missing the item.. But it happened.. The item is replaced.. No one is true at their task in that issue..the receiver is the buyer from me.. She doesn't know that the parcel is tampered..
