@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice I sent my passport off for renewal on the 30/05/22 via special delivery at a cost of over £6.. according to your track & trace app it still hasn’t arrived. What’s the point paying for special next day delivery if it doesn’t arrive? Absolutely shocking service 😡😡😡😡

@parcelforce @PostOffice Yet again @parcelforce state that damage to a vinyl record's sleeve is not covered by their insurance because it's 'packaging' & has no value. Try looking on Discogs then, where you won't actually find a copy of the item you damaged because it was so rare. Usual convenient lies.
