    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

    @auspost I’m a nurse and was off a night shift when that happened. I don’t deserve this unpleasant service from a postman. I want a formal apology from the postoffice. I don’t want him to deliver parcels to my area anymore. He knows my name and address. #6

    @PostOffice please just be honest with people so I never have to use you again ! It’s a waste of everyone’s time and get rid of the self serve tills and bring back humans there are still many left and I for one would like a job to speed it up

    @PostOffice Sent important document signed for 9 days ago. Tracking shows still not delivered. Have sat on phone for absolutely ages listening to ‘sorry for delay’ message. This is hopeless. What can I do post office? Please help track this document

    @PostOffice Isn’t it delightful how you’ve trained your staff to be extremely rude to customers? Lie also. I use drop and go system. They’ve not bothered sending last weeks parcels had the nerve to be extremely rude this morning about it. Claiming they called me yesterday. No!

    @PostOffice If you have staffing level problems due to covid then I suggest you hire temporary workers to sort out the back log in your Coatbridge depot.we are waiting on important mail arriving

    @PostOffice Good morning, I went back to the branch in Peterborough City Centre, queue had already formed before opening time, self service machines still broken and still only one person serving. By the time I got served, the queue behind me was massive.
