@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

Internet down completly. @PostOffice no customer service on a Sunday. DRACONIAN! @ShellEnergyHome everything offline and have not even been in contact since taking over Post Office Broadband. Not a good sign.

Paula Vennells, who stepped down as @ImperialNHS chair last month, has apologised after 39 @PostOffice subpostmasters' criminal convictions were overturned last week. She has also left other board positions at Morrisons and Dunelm respectively following the court ruling.
