@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I see the post office is now following the bbc and the Halifax in box ticking….FFS a person is a person, we don’t want all this bollocks shoved down our throats. Concentrate on assuring us that paying almost £1 for a first class stamp to actually arrive the next day!

@parcelforce @PostOffice I paid for next day delivery UK to Belgium of a small item. I paid for Global express. It is now more than 48 hours… not even reached the Depot.Can someone inform me as to when this parcel will be received?Not good enough when you pay more for a service
