@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

I'm all for @RoyalMail workers getting pay rises, and I support their strike action. What I don't understand is why when I go to a royal mail @PostOffice and ask for next day delivery they are happy to take my money knowing full well that next day delivery is impossible.

@PostOffice Hi, can anyone help me please. It’s been a month since I submitted all documents that Collinson Insurance asked for. I honestly thought it would be quicker. It was stressful enough cancelling flights and accommodation due to a family member being hospitalised.

@BlueVotesMatter @RoyalMail @PostOffice Of course not, having to choose different options to send things to my customers too.
