@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@IndiaPostOffice I am at the Kandivali east Samtanagar postoffice here the server is not working .Since beginning of the month a lot of senior citizens also are standing in the queue since 7 am....should this not have been checked in advance...rectify if this can be done now..

So still unresolved issue with missing £2500 paid into local subpostoffice @PostOffice , @BBCDerby. Despite police involvement and 2 investigations by PO 1 involving HSBC and other CEO Nick Read office they say nothing they can do. 80yr old lady has had her money stolen!!!

@PostOffice the staff in your Harrow branch (in the back of WH Smith) are so incredibley rude and unhelpful, they treat you like crap when all you want to do is post something. A customer just left is tears cos they were so rude and dismissive to her.

I think my favourite April’s Fool joke from yesterday was finally receiving the letter sent to me on 1 December 2022. 4 whole months but they stuck the landing. Well done @PostOffice. Slow handclap to you. 🤡
