@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

What an absolutely crap service from the @PostOffice. Called with a parcel on Monday when we’re we’re out and failed to leave it in our ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour. Supplier said they deliver again yesterday, they didn’t. Went to depot today & it’s shut! 💩company 🤬

@swamy_2001 Sir, Himayathnagar Postoffice is opening regularly at 8:00 for Counters since 12.05.2021. On 20.05.2021 Server system was not booting due to technical issue. The issue resolved at around 8.25 AM and counter transactions started from 8.30 hours on that day.

@PostOffice you hardly have any functioning Post Offices and the few that are running they are either rude obnoxious or the hardly ever open, WHEN will you close them all so we can find a company that will deal with us I am waiting sometimes 4-6 weeks delivery of items sent

@HM_Passport for son's psport renewal I sent old pssport via postoffice recorded delivery. Passport office confirmed it was signed for. Have chased 4 times on phone since 10th April, office states they can't find it + will look. But never calls back. Maybe you can help?
