  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @PostOffice You might want to do a mystery shop of your Park Royal Post Office on Minerva Road... The 5-star Google reviews are either fake or been paid to write. Incredibly rude and lazy staff in there.

  @PostOffice sent a bunch of packages end of last week and tracking brings up nothing… is your tracking system down or not being updated by the delivery folks
