Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

They ALL knew, either taking part with zeal, or intentionally not raising a complaint about malpractice, as they watched millions gouged every month from victims. CEO should prosecute them all!!!

He has to charge far more than people can buy the same service online. The Post Office hates local post masters. Probably trying to recoup the Horizon compensation from them!

Mark1165 (@MarkC1165) reported@PostOffice I was assured via email on the 8th March that a renewal travel card would be with me within 3 days. It never arrived. I shall now remove all currency from existing card and put the funds into my bank. Then cut the travel card in half. I cannot abide poor service.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
