Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. He fixed it, i told the buyer to update via msg, he msg'd me later saying the item arrived, hes happy. that was Apr27 ago. ebay wont release $138 to me until MAY 16!!!! tried customer service, but i cant understand punjabi. **** #EBAY. do not use them.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback.
