@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice The young lad working at the Bristol post office in Broadmead this morning on the self service check out was very rude and had bad attitude when customers were asking for help using the service check out. Not just to myself but to others customers also. Not helpful.

@BearBitesBack @PostOffice If post office Ltd didn't treat their postmasters with absolute contempt, and actually paid them a fair rate for the transactions and services that they carry out, then of course branches may be able to pay staff to run the counter for longer hours etc.

So the @PostOffice #travelinsurance are refusing to give any refunds/ discounts on travel insurance for 2020 due to the pandemic! We were not allowed to travel and basically are robbing people for a service we the customer could legally not use! Disgusting!!! @PostOfficeNews

@don_dapper @PostOffice I am just about old enough to remember when people were proud of the Post Office. Now, when I meet a philatelist I say of the postal service "we used to have one in this country". I have seen post being delivered in Enterprise rent-a-vans parked jauntily on the street corner.

💷 Today I am backing @duncancbaker's Banking Services (Post Offices) Bill. ❌ More than 8m adults would struggle to cope in a cashless society. ✔ This bill aims to legislate that high street banks must offer basic banking services through the @PostOffice branch network.
