  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @RosieRem_x @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews Addition: to use language like “crap” shows what kind works in PO Ltd. And, they will be “nice” until customer provokes their thinking and dismantle their cosy club. Not high level educ thinking, hey? Be “nice” so customers do not expose what is going on. Called mental bribery.

  @PostOffice 3 go as a small parcel and, this is the important bit, me as a customer would decide what I wanted to do. I would have used a different courier, just so you are aware. So disappointed again with experience as not first time poor cust serv

  @PostOffice The Post Office staff at the Old Kent Road branch weren't practising what you preach. To top that, the store manager was rude, condescending, late to open the store, amongst a few things. Have photographic proof and can explain more in a DM.

  Since the @PostOffice in Walthamstow moved the service has become horrendous, hardly ever more than one member of staff and they are always so slow. Bloody ridiculous

  @sarahsparkle100 @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews But I actually know in the PO community people of several races, including white, black and Asian...I highly doubt you’ve been to every PO in London. Further, if the person serving you is nice, why would you give a crap about what they look like
