@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice I have been standing in Southend high street pos office for 20 minutes now in a queue. A main post office. One person serving. Self service closed. They have been serving the same customer the whole time. This is hell.

Needed something delivered by @AmazonUK while on holiday unfortunately they dont deliver to the address we are staying at so we thought we would use the nearest collection point @costcutter @PostOffice been served by very rude staff & we have tried to collected twice now

Mulund west NS road postoffice closed now shifted to JN road postoffice there is always rush it is small place no place for sorting or to sit for postman already old JN postoffice had rush now it is open upto 2pm but all the counters in NS road was open upto 5Pm it is problem

@PostOffice Insurance how do I submit a complaint to you and what regulator can I raise my concerns with? My son received an email from British Airways saying his flight was cancelled due to staffing issues and according to you that is not a reason for being able to claim.

@IndiaPostOffice Post office is based at postmaster home, and postmaster family is actively involved in postoffice work. They are misbehaving with customer's who suppose to denied for make the unlegal payment.

@PostOffice you seriously need to sort out your travel insurance company. Consistently on hold, no support, refuse to cover cancelled flight etc as the ‘wording’ apparently didn’t fit. Why bother with insurance? I won’t be buying yours again. Most disappointing @financialombuds

If you are looking for the most slowest, outdated and incompetent service, look no further than at @PostOffice @WHSmith Beccles Branch - still the most inconvenience post office with poorly managed staff, awkward layout and needs serious modernising for a growing town.
