The police/cps way isnโt perfect but Iโd like to think theyโd have worked out that 700+ people arenโt all ripping them off using exact same methods!

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasnโt. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000โs of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.
