We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

You can’t run a main high street post office with just 2 counters open. Having to queue up for for over 1 hr each time.

None of them will reply to me except to blame each other and I'm £60 down. Great #CustomerService all round. 😡
