@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

Hopeless customer service in Chichester @PostOffice First turned away when I wanted to use the Bureau de Change then waited ages in queue to pay in cash only to leave in when I couldn’t wait any longer

@PostOffInquiry As I listen/watch the #PostOfficeInquiry the bullying, threatening & dismissive approach by the #PostOffice a decade ago is unbelievable & outrageous. Computer programmes make errors but in the case of the #PostOfficeScandal did the 'losses' always go in the wrong direction?

@PostOffice posted an item on Tuesday 21st Feb in a 48 hour service & it’s still not delivered. What’s going on at the post office, why can you not deliver the services purchased? I am still awaiting an item to be delivered in June 2022. Is the PO try to set slo delivery records?
