  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

  @PostOffice can’t we have a label for parcels that ARE NOT FRAGILE so the postman pushes a parcel through the letter box. Letter boxes are made to stop droughts to help global warming etc, so some items need a firm push. Fed up with having to go pick up packages

  @TallJosephine when we lived in Birmingham we live 6 doors from a coop and chippy and little post office,our little village here is not bad 2 shop have most things and a postoffice open when the shops open

  @PostOffice The parcel for me to collect is located at the post office I. E. for me to collect in person and has nothing whatsoever to do with the Royal Mail service as clearly given in the message.

  @PostOffice I have received 2 text messages claiming I have a special.parcel to collect. First one was from a BT Mobile and the other from EE network. They are both mobile numbers but as no one that I know contact lately has confirmed they have sent me a parcel I just wanted to check if ok

  @PostOffice @SaveBrontePO The easy solution would be to offer a permanent contract to the existing Post Office operator within the Main Street Branch and to have an additional counter service at the Co-Op. In an expanding village there is a need for two PO’s why are you not listening to your customers?

  @PostOffice the worst thing in Chesterfield is 1! Post office in Chesterfield Town centre. 1 member of staff on the counters, a massive queue, still no service after 25 minutes of waiting. Not good post office
