@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@redsteeze Why on earth would people want to help the inefficient bloated postoffice? We have better delivery systems and email. Email and text, they are instant. Im so tired of all the crap junk mail i get and immediately throw away. Its a waste

What gets me is the Post Office knew their new accounting software had bugs and faults but they released it anyway and didn’t figure that any accounting anomalies must be down to the system but chose to blame innocent people #postoffice #courtofappeal #39postmasters

@deborahbonham @PostOffice Wondering if there is a perjury case to answer. I guess they'll blame the advice at the time. No number of apologies (normally from a faceless minion) or amount of money can repair this damage. Sling the Post Office bosses inside for a lengthy stretch. Perhaps sewing mailbags
