I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes, can you help @PostOffice and let me know why I'm questioned every time I send a large letter? When what I send is clearly a large letter. But now if 'its snags in any way' through the template, it's a small parcel. When it clearly isn't! Conning the public again.

@dintya15 but Our COMMON Service Centers are located near the Post Office BOs in many villages. Many postoffice BOs have a BAR CODE scanner but do not work. For that you need to update the portable device they have. Only then will they be able to easily extend this service to the public.

@gouldina @PostOffice Then it appears that it is either no interaction or not trusting it as a true ID&V. At this point I have to make it clear I didn't design it [this is a regular caveat when talking about systemic IT issues]
