@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@NillySutton @PostOffice I would hazard a guess and say no. I don't believe Royal Mail uses GetResponse (online email service) like this and, if it does, it certainly doesn't use the entry-level package that means emails contain the GetResponse footer...

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp They aren't available at the weekend. The issue is why the Post Office sent a parcel labeled for a UK address with a valid post code to Ireland, and charged international rates for it.

@PostOffice ANyone else having problems with post man leaving gates open? Complaint. Ive done this several times and they do NOTHING, how disrespectiful of the PO. if my dog gets on the road I will sue them for damages in the small claims court.
