@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

  • PandaEduLtd
Panda Education (@PandaEduLtd) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  • StephenMNewport
Cllr Stephen Marshall (@StephenMNewport) reported from Newport, Wales

@PostOffice travel card customer service line cuts off with no chance to speak to a customer services agent. I only want to renew the expired card I have 😬😬

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  • CressidaFord
Cressida Ford (@CressidaFord) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@lily_lna @PostOffice As a customer I’d say you are fine to wear this outfit, this is the UK after all and you see people wearing less in the street (I am including men in this) but if you were an employee then they may have a point. It would really depend on the company dress code.

  • B30_603
    B30 (@B30_603) reported

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Funny. I read it as she was a customer. Why don't you take a look and figure out why you misread it?

@juliedoherty29 @PostOffice @lily_lna I can swear too! I could call you a thick stupid c**t but I choose not to because I don’t want to look as stupid and thick as you.

@therapeoftheuk @PostOffice How ******** does that stay in place? Is he on hormones (***** moans) of some sort or is it down onto his left hip?

  • AIMSupremo

@lily_lna @PostOffice Does @RoyalMail support this backwards approach?

  • pompanoj
    pompanoj (@pompanoj) reported

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice Reading further, she is a customer. In which case the manager has lost her mind. It is a store, not a church. T-shirt and flip flops, sports bra and tights, or bikini top and cutoff shorts... doesnt matter. Just sell me my stamps.

  • Daddyzoom
    Reel Buddy (@Daddyzoom) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice I read it as if you worked there then realised you were a customer. How strange those staff thought they can tell you what to wear. I can imagine who the staff are.
