@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  • BlockA_Row3 Ben Maizey (@BlockA_Row3) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.

  • Ellie_Silcox Ellie Silcox 🎗️ (@Ellie_Silcox) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

the rotten #publicsector never questioning themselves enough to find they are wrong - they live off free money they would never earn in private sector. #PostOfficeInquiry #PostOffice

  • UKMarkLeeds Mark-A (@UKMarkLeeds) reported

@PostOffice is there anything I can do about missing mail? Over the years I have the odd credit card statement that vanishes, the bank never seems to care. But it is a worry to me that mail has gone astray. And since October I have ordered 6 Lego catalogues, none have arrived.

  • Mims91a Miriam Davies (@Mims91a) reported

@PostOffice 1 person serving, queue 15 long, both self service machines not working at Camberley Post office. Limited time on lunch hour, should be a much quicker and more efficient service

  • ThingsVegan all_things_vegan (@ThingsVegan) reported

@PostOffice Oooh, the public enquiry has started, and now YOU are going to be in the spotlight, Post Office. We’ll soon find out where all that money really went, and who knew about the problems with Horizon, yet continued to allow more prosecutions of innocent people.

  • Openclimb75 G Steven (@Openclimb75) reported

@PostOffice Hi. I was using Amazon and it had it down as a local collection point.

  • Vroniholzmann Vroni (@Vroniholzmann) reported

@SomeAreDead That is such a sad story you are telling, all of it. The postoffice scandal is catastrophic, particularly as it was trying to make criminals out of victims, and I was always surprised it didn't get more attention. Should have never happened. A cover-up? So sad.

  • RiggerTodd Todd 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🧱 (@RiggerTodd) reported

@dogestonks_ @fujitsu_uk @PostOffice I'm genuinely re-shocked every time I hear this story. I worked for 10+ years with convenience retailers and the ludicrously hard-working people who own these independent stores where the Post Offices are. It baffles me so many went to prison because Fujitsu's system was so bad.

  • JohnKel41446674 John Kelly (@JohnKel41446674) reported

@SkyNews The sad thing about it they knew this was the problem before it was used by the Postoffice
