@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I find it difficult to believe that they have gone missing after being scanned as being received. their only response was ‘you could try and come again or phone’. It’s a @PostOffice location - pretty poor service or maybe theft.

@sheemawn @xwanyex Someone keeps breaking into the mailboxes in our neighboorhood. Happens about once a year, always at night. Hundred+ $ damages to steal mostly junkmail and you have to pick up your mail postoffice until they fix it. I never let mail sit overnight because of it.

@PostOffice I paid for redirection for the beginning of September , confirmations that it was set up received and yet all post is still going to the old address. Sent an email to your complaints address and just got an apology only! Disgusting service

@Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Unless they were emergency biscuits, due to a targetted, nuclear strike taking out all the existing biscuit supplies, I would think an actual, paying customer would take priority. Especially, as the fella at the shop counter, where you buy said biscuits, was doing nowt. #eejit

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp my mum has been to the post office, told to call the Royal Mail help line, sent back to call crownhill post office, referred to citizen’s advice who gave details of PO complaints process. How do we resolve this? My 78 year old mother is at her wits end!

@letterappsoc @RoyalMailHelp Have you seen they are also strategically locating these either outside or very near to @PostOffice locations? Hardly working together to provide a top not community service competing with each other. Put them back together in my humble opinion and owned by us. 👍

@BulwarkOnline 🇨🇭we vote 6 times a year. We get an envelope with the necessary papers and we must SIGN it by hand before bringing it to the postoffice or the townbuilding. Unfortunately i never voted LIVE, but probably then, we need an identity card 🤔. The government trusts us.

@ModernJunius @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post Offices accept mail on BEHALF of Royal Mail and other couriers. If you have an issue, you need to take it up with the courier you sent it with.
