@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Appalling top-up rates. There is a poor flat rate of 1.12 euro/pound no matter what the spend. Wolf in sheep’s clothing with attractive up front rate then hammered when at holiday destination. Will not use again! Avoid!

@PostOffice Yes they where very bad. Didn’t help at all just made things more difficult no wonder theres always lines talking ages very slow aswell. Enfield lancaster road post office is rubbish. Only had one label which was for two parcels wouldn’t help. Even though it was delivered like so

@PostOffice maybe you can help? I need to replace a lost driving license, all details are still the same but I can’t renew online with the dvla. Can I replace a lost license with a form from the post office? If so would I need to add anything else with the forms when sending?

@PostOffice Yup! I know you guys have been working hard the last 18 months but he’s really rude and talked to us like we’re stupid for turning up at 12.05 despite it saying on your site the branch closes at 12.30.
