Kris (@Scandic_Voice) reported@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So it's been with Kennington Park Post Office all this time and they haven't bothered to look when I visited twice!!!!! I have the print out of all the times my parcel was scanned. And the staff was SO rude. Pointing fingers and shouting.

Kris (@Scandic_Voice) reported@PostOffice having been for 2 visits to my local sorting office and 2 visits to Kennington Park Post Office unable to locate my parcel I was told "we don't work for @RoyalMail and we don't earn enough to look" and gave me a claim form. Wow!!! So rude and unhelpful. 👎🏻🥺

Kris (@Scandic_Voice) reported@PostOffice I have sent you photos of the Tracking Enquiry System showing it's been in Kennington Post Office since 24 May when I've been there 2 times to pick it up. With my card and passport. And they were not bothered is all I can say. Why do we pay for a service that doesn't work?
