Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

Long line but white hair did the trick. Very efficient. Can a server not be repaired?? @vinatewa_vinay @joydeepg9
