@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Rubbish service in your Hessle Prestongate branch. Loaded the kids up with all of our details and documents to do a passport renewal and get a new passport for my kids to be met with probably the most disillusioned staff. (1/2)

@PostOffice Went to get a stamp return evelope at local office. They told me they had none and to phone up, phoned up and after 45 mins spoke to someone who said they would send one out in the post. 3 weeks later still waiting. Very poor and disjointed customer service.

@SoleMio_again @dave43law Privatisation - destroyed the postoffice Destroyed the rail service Is destroying the nhs. Privatised water is full of ****, literally and privatised communications are the worst in europe in terms of price and coverage. Plus under privatised energy you pay the highest bills.

@IndiaPostOffice I have not received my speedpost parcel though it is lying in nearest postoffice since 10th April... Today 15th April I came postoffice and they r asking me to wait 1 hour.... What is this pathatic service

@PostOffice I have made a complaint about a member of your staff and still not received a reply. The same member of staff is repeatedly rude to P.O customers and it needs addressing!
