@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

The @PostOffice receipts invite you to do a feedback survey. Obviously feedback is vital. Then, if you try to do it, the idiots set it up so they throw you out if you choose "prefer not to answer" for your age. So much for actually wanting customer feedback.

@PostOffice They said that they weren’t posting to America, only Europe, so if they took it it would only end up sitting in a pile of envelopes. I appreciate C19 is making things difficult, so this isn’t a complaint by any means. but I only want to send my friend her bday card & present

@RoyalMailHelp @MichelleSupper @PostOffice Hi, I have also just tried to send a package to America and have been turned away, but the USA isn’t on that list as having issues with posting to. The last update (in 2020) says everything is fine.
