@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice hi, awful awful service from the post office in Clydach. Needed to send off some important documents and was in the post office 15 minutes before closing time, your member of staff refused to take my post as she was finished and needed to get the bus. not impressed

I genuinely believe Parcel services need to be more efficient on conveying the right information to customers.Sending parcel from @PostOffice and @parcelforce is really not a good idea,I understand delays but charging for express service and not delivering on time is unacceptable

@PostOffice and she was exceptionally rude to me as well stating that it was my fault turning up 15 minutes before closing, she had 15 minutes left of her shift and surely she should be fulfilling her hours? no apology or anything and did not express any further help, just awful.
