@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Alright, I hate to say it, but at this point of @amazon starts a mailing service no on needs the @PostOffice anymore. Every time I mail some thing, postage has gone up. At this point it’s almost $10 and it’s not even 2 days shipping anymore! Lower the prices or do it in 2 days!

@IRSnews I have paid $30 for years to get my taxes filed online. They don’t do it and I end up printing and mailing them myself. The South Portland IRS building never has more than 5 employee cars in the parking lot. There is no PO. @PostOffice .

@PostOffice in Banbury WHSmith has a lovely sign saying open til 5:30. 1 staff member serving, 1 moaning and counting the queue. Apparently they want to close now! No signs up, nothing just bad attitude from staff
