@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice unbelievably bad service! Pay for guaranteed next day delivery, they go to a legal office to deliver on a Saturday and it's closed. They then do nothing until both parties realise the documents are missing, now delivering next Monday! 10 days after posting!

@dean4watford @PostOffice So what are your plans for the future of the Post Office Network? The Network is it’s Postmasters and you are hemorrhaging skilled Postmasters due to poor remuneration leaving a part time service in a van or village hall.

@PostOffice just had an appalling experience at Kingston Post Office. The manager is rude and in dire need of customer service training as do some of the staff. Badly organised system in place. Please sort it out!

@PostOffice My local post office refused to take my post today due to 'no storage space'. If this lack of service continues for the rest of the planned strikes I am not sure how my small business will survive over the Christmas period. I need a postal service, Xmas is my busiest period.
