@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

I didn’t have a dog in the fight over the whole LeJoy / #postoffice thing until my Mother’s Day card that I mailed 6 days early didn’t make it from PA to Sc until 2 days late. Now it’s personal and I hope they fire the **** out of you.

SA Postoffice wants to be the only one allowed to deliver small parcels. By law. However they don’t actually deliver small parcels. I can’t collect any either. They haven’t paid their electricity bill. Next level stupid. #postoffice #sapost #courier

@DJA_Tron @bombmerica Oh ok .. when I stopped working at the postoffice waiting for my new job to reopen because of Covid , I applied to covered California. I was paying $135 a month and &45 for dental. My co pay was never no more than $15 and to me I didn’t have no problems.

@sandratizzard Our Specials will be down a huge amount also. We can’t hit our volumes of last year! Not a chance. We wanted 2019 figures to check a more realistic figure. @PostOffice can’t do that cause of some stupid reason. Feels to “Mr Read” have been made clear by many. He won’t listen.
