  @PostOffice My drop n go parcels haven’t been sent today and when I try to login, I’m taken straight to the “my account details” and it says my account is pending closure (I haven’t closed it). Who can I speak to about this. I’ve been into my local branch, they can’t help.

  @PostOffice have just been to the post office collection point to pick up my parcel only to be told they can find it? Please help me find my parcel, nothing online helps in the slightest so you guys just take parcels and it’s fine??

  @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I checked and apparently I am only entitled to 6 x 1st class stamps. I spoke with the actual post office to see if they could give me details of the cards I bought so I could cancel / track but was told “we can’t help” 7/9

  @PostOffice could you please update the training for your staff at the Stotfold coop post office. They refuse to let me pay a cheque in to my Handelsbanken account even though this is a service you expressly note that you provide, as do Handelsbanken.

  @PostOffice Please make sure you put the opening times on the card, for me to return and collect my parcels as it would save my petrol! I went to the #camberley customer service point for because its closed from 8am to 10am then open from 12pm to 2 pm. Totally #unacceptable!
