@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PMOIndia Network link is fail for the last 4 days in the Sonari Postoffice Pin code 831011. Many Senior citizen have depisited their money in MIS and sitting in the pist office for whole day to get their monthly interest. Is anybody responsible to correct it?

@PostOffice I called today told I couldn't have money back. So poor customer service. Looked on your website and the statement from CEO was he had joined a failing company. No wonder it is failing with that kind of attitude. As if times are not hard enough for people.

@PostOffice Parcel was sent to me Saturday 30th April and has not arrived. Sender used self service kiosk and it did not give receipt as out of paper and no staff. Are they able to go back and get another receipt printed if they have all the relevant details about parcel?

@PostOffice Hello. Is there a list somewhere of the 750 PO branches that provide @DVLAgovuk photo card renewals? I’ve spent a frustrating 20 mins on your website and can’t seem to find a single location near Devon this seems to provide this service.

@DVLAgovuk Just been to the post office to renew my drivers license only told they're waiting for a new Tablet system to come on line to be able to continue this service. @PostOffice have removed all their photo booths from all branches, so millions of people are stuck now!!
