@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

I asked for a next day registered service for my passport and wedding certificate, and now its lost with no tracking as they sold me a first class signed for service.

@WHSmith @PostOffice 45 minute queue yesterday. One server. Back today with a different parcel and a QR code. Self service machines can’t scan QR codes. Hoping for A shorter wait today. It’s actually a disgusting system. Really poor signage too. And no boxes big enough! Rubbish

Other forms of federal Photo ID could be; a federal driver license or a Photo-ID from a nationwide bank/national mail service (Postoffice). For example I only need my voters card and my drivers license to be able to vote -so easy and so safe!
