@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PerumbiduguVaga @annamalai_k @arivalayam This bridge construction for only earnings. This whole activity is only to make money. I have seen that junction. There is no traffic problem there near muthurayar statue. Also postoffice to court stretch is a good broad road, no blockages.

@VarchasPatel @ArchNichola @PostOffice I am sure you are correct but they should be the first ones fighting to remove the rot from their association. At present, I am seeing this in quite a few depts where nothing is done to resolve this. And they give their own industry a bad name at the expense of tax payers.

@PostOffice Hi, my friend made a cash deposit into my Lloyds bank account at the Mile End post office branch on 07/09/2021. However, my bank account was closed on the same day, 07/09/2021. The amount has not been credited as per my bank statement. Please help me recover my money.
