@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@nexta_tv I ordered stamp. It's at my post office, but because they forgot to add my last name I can't get it (can't verify my identity) and it's impossible to find someone in Ukraine (postoffice etc) who can help. Real shame, I really wanted it, soon it will go back unfortunately.

@PostOffice I’ve bought travel insurance with you - at the time I was 30, I’m now 31, the policy documents state im 30? Is that going to be a problem? I only entered my DOB not my specific age.

@PostOffice Appaling service yet again at Highfields PO in HemelHempstead. Again a clerk made a mistake which cost us time and money. On top of it they blamed the mistake on us. Good thing we always have photos of things we post so we can prove we were in the right.

Told the @PostOffice that our Crumlin branch's hours were wrong on the website. It lists a 10PM close instead of 5PM. They got back to me with a 'FINAL RESPONSE' saying they'll give me 2 quid. I don't want your money you loons, I want you to FIX THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE! 🤬

@PostOffice Hiii. Where do I report spoof phishing websites? And, given how prolific this scam is, why doesn’t your legit website have a prominent warning on the homepage or Help and Support page? It should be VERY easy to find out how to report these scummy predators.

@PostOffice Hello. Trying to use the travel card you offer to top up £50, which needs to be done urgently. Your app is not working and is showing the error code 301, please could you resolve this?
