@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@discogs Is it common for a paid item (I'm the customer in this case) to go missing whilst in transit, please? Its happened to me for the first time. Item paid a week ago and sent around the same time. Proof of postage sent to me via the seller. (@RoyalMailHelp, @PostOffice)

@PostOffice I paid a cheque in at your Easingwold branch on 26/5. The rude cashier didn't give me an envelope and the cheque has not been received by my bank. The receipt has a value of £0 on it. I've tried calling, no answer and now the line is permanently busy. Please help
