@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@eBay @eBay_UK My item was faulty. After seller didn't respond u sent wrong return label tht said upto 2kg & until 12Jan21. Postoffice refused to accept as it weighed 13kg. Then lockdown started 18Dec & u closed request on 20Dec citing an email! Now refusing to help & I'm stuck!!

The uk @PostOffice has literally gone from world leading to an utter nuisance. 3 “repeat attempts” to deliver parcel, not once rang doorbell. Went to collect instead and told not there - and “I should open my door”!! Shambolic, rude service. You deserve to go under vs competition

@Grumblymum @PostOffice But dont royal mail drop it off at streatham to be delivered? Thats where they tell us to pick up parcels that they fail to deliver. (4 parcels of mine have hone missing)

@PostOffice Co-op Old Harlow. Only 20 mins but it was a shame the poor agent was beyond over-stretched. There are 5 bays in this store. Rarely even 2 open
