@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Right so I phoned the customer care number you gave me and selected home insurance and followed instructions. After the recording talking for 5 minutes it told me to call the number I called already ending in 50 then cut me off. This is an absolute joke.

My kindness goes to retail workers because I am one and I know how much **** people take from the general public when the person at the tills your shaming isn't the one in charge.

@PostOffice my customer has just received a letter from royal mail saying she needs to pay £1.50 as i didnt pay for full postage. The item was a drop and go item so i am absolutely livid that they labeled it wrong as this reflects Badly on me and my business! 😤

@PostOffice @thecabaretgeek Think you might want to look at when we last got PPE. We get broken bottles of soap every now and then, but the last time we got hand sanitiser was in July. This is the same across branches, not just mine.
