We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

If you ask for clarification you just get a rude and deliberately obtuse response #fraud?

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported@PostOffice @thecabaretgeek Think you might want to look at when we last got PPE. We get broken bottles of soap every now and then, but the last time we got hand sanitiser was in July. This is the same across branches, not just mine.

My kindness goes to retail workers because I am one and I know how much **** people take from the general public when the person at the tills your shaming isn't the one in charge.
