@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice I think its time a service as ubiquitous as the Post Office could actually update its posted opening hours for Christmas and New Year precisely. This ambiguity is frustrating and non essential in this day and age.

@siany_d @PostOffice If these were awful, I wouldn't have taken them. One seemed to have a little black dye on one side and one had minor rust. I'm not talking major defect.

@PostOffice Here we are again. If you’re going to offer services that take the poor guy 20 mins to complete, get more staff! 25 mins I’ve been waiting so far, only 2 people in the queue when I joined!

So @PostOffice has left my elderly father without a phone line for over a month...said twice it's been fixed and twice it has not. Just had rude woman repeat over again a written passage off her screen instead of answering questions.

@p19_mindy @NewPOGuy @PostOffice Irrelevant. You should have rigorous margins so it's not a literal end of your business issue. Calling people names tells me all I need to know. I hope your business is effected.
