@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice DVLA DL renew *finally* sorted, a great service when it worked. The big letdown was how impossible it was to find accurate info about branches (services or phone no’s). Branches clearly need an active role in updating their generic entries on your website. Thanks.

And the staff shouldn’t cop the poor management and understaffing of such a vital service to a community! I would use the @RoyalMail app but it doesn’t accept the weight of the parcel I’m putting in, and is pretty user-unfriendly! Sort it out! #PostOffice #Tesco #RoyalMail

@PostOffice If you sell travel insurance you should have access to your customers policy, right?? Or you providing a service and then don't have a clue about your customers. I am sure @Collinson which is the contract company you are using will be happy to help you with my claim.
