  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  I tried to post a parcel today. The #postoffice guy said they were on #strike. I said :"Okay, no worry I'll come back later" I'll always support strike action. It's the only way how employees can put pressure on their employers. It's INCONVENIENT for us. It's VITAL for them.

  @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Its not a royal mail item its an ID /Passport services item. Either way i paid to the post office for a service. if there is an issue within your systems/processes in the background that resulted in my item not being redirected - me not getting the service i paid for

  @PostOffice Paid for a redirection service from Lancaster (market street) to Bolton (oxford street). The item was never redirected and so weve just been to Bolton to ask for a refund and were basically told sorry not our fault no refund and nothing we can so about it

  @PostOffice I assume this is meant to be ironic? I’ve been waiting 12 weeks for a simple claim to be resolved. You’re the worst insurance provider I have ever used in my life. Avoid at all costs.

  @PostOffice is there a reason why my mum's travel card isn't working in France today? Its all activated and topped up but she can't use it. Also doesn't have access to WiFi or good enough signal to use her app and check. Any help you can give is appreciated

  Hello @RoyalMailHelp can you help me by explaining why my local @PostOffice is not accepting Special delivery Parcels today ? I know there is a strike tomorrow (which I fully support) yet it doesn't explain why parcels can't be accepted today ?

  @PostOffice Been trying to send a letter for 3 weeks at this point, whenever i go there tills are closed because of lack of staff, the shop is getting horrible reviews everyday because of this, first two times i waited in the queue for 1 hour each time, just to be told they close early.
