@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@jamescunnington @PostOffice I wish I could! Had to be fast track so just drove four hours to sort it. I don’t actually mind that as it’s good to have the service but just make the bloody forms available lol! Not everyone can go to the central post office between 9-2 🙈

@PostOffice Probably better-off asking the staff in the branch. I was a customer waiting in line and it just seemed odd the way the PC was badgering a female member of staff about something obviously out of her control.

@amazon @alexa99 Great - but where can i leave a complaint or feedback ? SO : You have a free delivery advertisement where a big strong male customer is delivered 10kg dogfood to his doorstep/arms . I however was delivered 60kg (that is more than i weigh myself) chickenfood to the postoffice .

Iqaluit is living the worst fear we lived through in Nov 2020, it's stressful & scary. But do as I did, stay home and only go out when needed, when going to store/postoffice/hospital, etc wear a mask, physical distance & wash hands. Stay safe.

@PostOffice @JohnRitchie3 Every branch suffering from horizon being slow with some not connecting at all. IT are aware. Been declared as an ‘Major Incident’ so I’ve been informed.
