    @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

    I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

    @PostOffice how come your in store exchange rate is so poor? 1.09 dollar to GBP in store and 1.21 online. Absolute rip-off in store and total profiteering. Will never use your in store service again after this.

    @PostOffice @StarlingBank Your Canary Wharf branch (Churchill Place) just rejected my bank cash deposit because "it's Scottish money". Teller said this is management policy. Is this policy across your entire network? @StarlingBank How can I deposit this cash when PO is a fail?

    @PostOffice DO NOT use @PostOffice Travel Card for your holiday money - bad advice = my son was charged $83 for taking out $160 and yesterday their system randomly changed the currency on his card from GBP to USD losing £10 in the process. It takes six weeks to look at a complaint AVOID

    @PostOffice Main post office in southend town centre, 1 cashier with massive queue, all the self service machines closed, people walking away. Many congratulations on your campaign running post offices down,so hard to use,driving people away & making it easier to close branches 😡

    Imagin converting our Postoffice and Govt employees into Polyster Flag salespeople? Earlier flags were sold by poor street vendors who had no other job. Flags were manufactured by local SMES using natural fibers. I said this b4, these guys will come 4 everything u hold dear.

    @PostOffice how can you justify how you run what is supposed to be the main city post office in Swansea?! Never more than two staff on for a major branch! Queues are ridiculous. Why??
