@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@johnrobb77 @PostOffice Royal Mail have been crap for deliveries this month. If you sent it second class then the cut-off date for xmas was the 17th and I wouldn't be surprised if it was still in transit. If you sent if 1st class or tracked 24/48 then I'd expect it to have arrived by now.

Really impressed with the @PostOffice passport service and the @HM_Passport office, I applied for a renewal last Thursday 12/12 and this morning 16/12 the new passport was delivered and that was without paying for a priority service

@vicgoddard @RoyalMail Royal Mail's demise breaks my heart. 💔 I used to have ca. 100 pen friends at one point - cheap stamps, efficent & friendly postoffice down the road - I'd lift my dog up to the counter to say hi - good service, lots of letters.

@PostOffice been on phone and on hold for an hour and twenty and no answer. . But like my special delivery lost back in October and claimed compensation but ignored . And nobody interested. May try a court claim as this is abysmal service
