@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Just having to reset the password for my Drop & Go account as you require, but it is really bad practice to force users to include special characters. Now I can't use the password I want! Not good as it actually makes it harder for users to set a memorable password.

@TSB do you think about your customers? Closing branches stupid idea. Being paid by cheque & nowhere to pay it in #frustrating. @PostOffice Paying in at post offices should have been in place BEFORE CLOSURES. I work full time when am I meant to pay my wages in without a bank?

@PostOffice Thank you for the prompt response. The reduced hours is hugely inconvenient and results in a huge queue out of the door. Also the self-service machines are frequently turned off and the Saturday morning cashier is #so# rude - every time!

@PostOffice absolutely appalling service, a customer has been in hospital for months, unable to pay his phone bill, pays his bill and is told he is no longer a customer. In these times when communication with the world is key, there seems to be little humanity from your team.

5 days incl weekend from going into post office, to renew photocard and it arriving in the post today. Can’t fault! Great service. Would have preferred the online service but it wouldn’t accept my new passport with a new photo as proof of ID? @DVLAgovuk @PostOffice @RoyalMail
