@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@HMRCcustomers hi, I’ve only ever been able to login gateway with gov verify thru post office as won’t let me change my phone number. From 1st can’t use post office to login , is it possible to update details while I can login with Postoffice before 1st April

@PostOffice your customer service team had me on a call for over an hour being transferred to a 6 different departments to send out a new card to the one that expired !! Then EVON threatened me and ended the call
