Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

New Kent is the Home of the First, First Lady, Martha Washington and the First Lady to John Tyler, Leticia. Also home of the original White House and Church where George and Martha married. ZERO post offices named after them!!!! Sick of the erasure of history!

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
