@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice More than a month and my parcel to La Rioja, Spain is still not delivered. A very expensive one posted last April never arrived at all. Is this a common occurance or is it just me? Parcels to me from Spain take about a week. What is going on? Who do I complain to?

@DVLAgovuk How long is it taking for license renewals via @PostOffice service? Sent mine three weeks ago yesterday, PO website advertises "within three weeks," haven't had a word. Tracking # on PO receipt doesn't work on your web tracker. Need it ASAP!
