@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RockSWPA Haha ok, I'm glad at least some stuff turns up in good condition, I'm not sure what else I can actually do. I didn't know if Amazon were delivering stuff in better condition because they can cut out the postoffice

@PostOffice My parents were involved in a crash 2 weeks ago, other driver at fault and they still haven't had their car repaired or taken in or the baby car seats replaced! Over 20 calls she has made and stressed over. Awful service from your car insurance side. 😤

@PostOffice I posted a letter 1st class from sunderland to Wigtown Newton Stewart Scotland on Tuesday and they still not received it how comes is the post office that bad now
