@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

  • CressidaFord
Cressida Ford (@CressidaFord) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  • StephenMNewport
Cllr Stephen Marshall (@StephenMNewport) reported from Newport, Wales

@PostOffice travel card customer service line cuts off with no chance to speak to a customer services agent. I only want to renew the expired card I have 😬😬

  • TheBigfellainc
TheBigFella💙 (@TheBigfellainc) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

  • TheNewCourtUsk
New Court Inn Usk (@TheNewCourtUsk) reported from Beechwood, Wales

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Why was it that the Horizon computer system seemed to corrupt the data to the advantage of the Post Office and never the Postmaster?

  • GinnyHBall
    Ginny H Ball🇬🇧 (@GinnyHBall) reported

Nearly passed out when asked very rudely for £7.20 for a book of 4 stamps. Extortionate for below average service now. @PostOffice

@neilabrad @PostOffice There are a lot of things broken with the @PostOffice, I'm afraid. One of the worst is the broken lives of the subpostmasters and their kids. I take it you have heard about the post office scandal, right?

  • pplrstupid977

@appleblossomBe @PostOffice Signed for is not a tracked service

  • Lizzyzsu
    Lizzy (@Lizzyzsu) reported

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice This is disgusting. After all the publicity still nothing is done? This is horrific. Poor woman. What on earth is wrong with our society, our legal system, our humanity that this is happening. And one of many. Absolutely appalling.

  • RupertPitt1
    Rupert Pitt 🇬🇧 (@RupertPitt1) reported

Read Artur Nadolny.👇 More Post Office incompetence.. “Castleton is now suing the @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk for up to 8 million pounds, arguing the original 2007 judgment against him was obtained by fraud. In May 2026 the Court of Appeal ruled his case should be heard as one trial instead of being split into pieces designed to bury it in cost and delay. A small win. Nearly two decades late. He wanted a quieter life running a post office by the sea. Instead he became one of the clearest examples of what happens when an institution would rather bankrupt an innocent man than admit its software was broken.”

    Jenni Crystal (@jennicrystal24) reported

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice What happened was so disgusting it’s hard to believe! Nobody it seems is accountable! The PO knew it was a computer problem, yet carried on! Chipperfields chief clown Ed Davey should have noticed hundreds of postmasters do not all go rogue on the same day!!!

@mybroadband Hahaha we can't even keep the PostOffice going and now we want to build our own Cloud Service.
