Cressida Ford (@CressidaFord) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

Ellie Silcox 🎗️ (@Ellie_Silcox) reported from Pontnewydd, Wales@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.
-
Panda Education (@PandaEduLtd) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Ellie Silcox 🎗️ (@Ellie_Silcox) reported from Pontnewydd, WalesI am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.
-
Ben Maizey (@BlockA_Row3) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.
-
TheBigFella💙 (@TheBigfellainc) reported from Cardiff, Wales@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!
-

-
Jonathan Haggart (@jonathanhaggart) reportedIt's hard to know who to trust in industrial disputes sometimes. E.g. the @CWUnews members who deliver our post in all weathers, or the @PostOffice hierarchy, who allowed people to go to jail rather than admit a problem with their computer system. 🤔
-
shirley anderson (@shizanderson10) reported@PostOffice my elderly mother has been trying to withdraw money from her post office account but it keeps being declined. She can get a balance and has changed her PIN so the card is working. Customer service keep telling her there’s no problem. Any ideas please?
-
💕 (@RachaelNPink) reported@PostOffice Am I able to renew an old provisional using this service?
-
Neil McDonald (@neilamcdonald) reported@CWUnews I fully support the action that @CWUnews are taking. All the @PostOffice have offered are real terms pay cuts, with strings attached. Inflation is running rampant, energy bills through the roof and profits of £758 million were posted in March. Pay our posties properly!

Lady Kate the Plate (@KateJon41196503) reported@SammyJAvis @PostOffice One of the problems is that PO Ltd pay us by transaction not an hourly rate. So putting an extra member of staff on quite often means that that Post Office will lose money. It’s a catch 22 & a dilemma we wish we weren’t in.

⚓️ Plymouth Devon UK ⚓️ (PlymouthDevonUK.com) (@PlymouthDevon1) reportedStanding in the queue at the Post Office in WHSmith for ages this afternoon. About 20 people in the queue, just 1 person on the counter. 3 x Self-service tills, which vast majority chose not to use. Old man with zimmer frame in queue. Unimpressed. Dreadful service. @PostOffice 🤨

Cllr Laurence Fouweather 🔶 (@LaurFou1) reported@OxfordCity @PostOffice This is because the PO is in the Co-Op in Summertown and its the Co-op that's closing. I've spoken to local shops and the issue is the PO contract that they insist on. This makes it almost impossible for small shops to make a profit from it. Supermarkets won't give up floorspace

Siâny D (@siany_d) reported@PostOffice But not for much longer as another service gets taken away...
