I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

Love it when the @PostOffice website tells you your local PO opens at 8am and the shutters are still down at 8:30. Either the website is wrong or they don’t open when they are supposed to. Probably as it’s part of a cost cutter store and not a standalone PO 😡

@PostOffice I went yesterday and a few times last week. Last week the shutters were down as well. Yesterday they were up but it was still closed. I went to a shop close by and heard people saying that they apparently have technical issues but there is no signage or anything

@PostOffice Rubbish service in your Hessle Prestongate branch. Loaded the kids up with all of our details and documents to do a passport renewal and get a new passport for my kids to be met with probably the most disillusioned staff. (1/2)

It's been more than 10 days, I didn't receive Consignment CH015264454IN. It reached the nearest postoffice 4 days back but there is no sign of delivery or communication yet. @IndiaPostOffice is really in bad shape from operations perspective.

@Healthkart is a big fraud, They didn’t deliver the products and marked as delivered. When I spoke to customer service they asked me to check with postoffice, I am not supposed to go there but still been there and the staff at postoffice don’t respond properly. I paid 7000rupees

@IndiaPostOffice ,one speedpost which has came from banglore in less than 48 hours, now lying at nearest postoffice since last 60+hours.. What is the issue in not delivering the speed post even after 3 days since it has been received in post office? Sick! What a rubbish service
