@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@PostOffice Hi, ive been given a "2p coin pusher", like what you find in seaside arcades. I now need a bulk lot of 2p coins.. Maybe £100 worth. Is this something you could help with? Dont know where else to go..

@king_reinhardt in all seriousness, I had to buy my bus tickets at the local postoffice. Literally no other shop sold them. Then, for a month, as the bus service changed its ticketing system i had to go to another town, to buy the busticket i needed to get to another town....

@HeatherJPreston @PostOffice It was delivered to Higher Buxton Post Office. The scan at 12:02 will say “Delivered to Your Customer Service Point by…”. That’s when RM delivered it. The scan at 12:07 “Available for collection” is when H.B. P.O. scanned it in to Horizon as Local Collect. Trust me, I run a PO.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Apologies. However, it was allegedly sent from a post office, so there is a connection, and the Royal Mail tracking service is saying 'awaiting collection' and has been for 72hrs.
