@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

@leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

@PostOffice been to 3 qualifying post offices that had the digital check and send passport service for my teen …1st doesn’t do service anymore , 2nd the system was down and 3rd told me they need a countersignature ? Think your website needs updating with correct information .

Main @PostOffice in Stockport doesn’t offer a driving license renewal service. Is it any wonder people are abandoning the PO’s? The hassle of renewing a license is both tedious and a rip off. Another stealth tax @DVLAgovuk

@PostOffice, used your document certification service for our @GOVUK Childcare Services account - got a notification back that the £12.75 service was "not an accepted certifier". Is this correct? Can't see any info online that this service has limitations and is a waste of money.
