    I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

    @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

    @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

    .@BBCPanorama I worked in the @PostOffice Dearne Valley call centre near Wombwell in the late 90s. Even then, staff were raising concerns about Horizon but we were told to stop causing trouble

    @PostOffice Unbelievable and heartbreaking stories from people who’s lives were deeply affected by the horrendous situations caused by the horizon programme. Some people are no longer here to defend themselves and those that are have been scarred for life. This should NEVER have happened.

    You need to not just covere every financial loss plus the interest on it @PostOffice #PostOfficeScandal somehow you also need to make amends for the health issues and deaths plus decent peoples reputation before you will ever be able to hold your heads up absolutely disgusting
