Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Also, an employer can, within reason dictate what is or isn’t deemed work attire. That outfit doesn’t bother me but may be too risqué for others. She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John! No one walks into any business with a bare back down to her waist without knowing exactly the reaction she will get.
