The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@UlagaP95165 Refer Your Ticket No 83728876 it is submitted that AliyarNagar Sub Postoffice and Pollachi South Sub Division are functioning in the departmental own building and the staus of Aliyar Nagar SO is Class "C". Hence the Aadhar service is not available at Aliyarnagar SO. Also Malayandipattinam SO is a Class "B" office and Aadhar service is available there. This is for your kind information.

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Staff member was rude, yawning and totally uninterested
