  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @ashton38m @PostOffice I pick up cash from my local Post Office every Tuesday for my business. There's always a problem. This week (as is often the case) they had no fivers. They constantly close before posted hours. The guy in there is always on his phone (on speaker) and never looks up once.

  If a person is not employed in a govt or eligible service, they must be a #graduate to take this #insurance policy; otherwise, they cannot avail it. Interestingly, while many jobs do not require a graduation degree, becoming eligible for @PostOffice insurance still requires 🤔

  The Post Office branches in the UK now seen to be fully franchised. The Mount Pleasant branch on Farringdon Road was run very well by loyal staff for many years. It’s now run v badly, it’s filthy and the main door has been broken for months @PostOffice they simply don’t care

  @Onyersix @PostOffice Postage costs an absolute fortune and the service is abysmal at times. The only upside is it’s still better than the alternatives who are more likely to leave your stuff at an address in a different post code.

  @sherlock_comms @paul_wait1892 @PostOffice Nope. Every time I've tried to use it, its ended in humiliation. The most recent occasion was when I tried to buy an Observer at WH Smith's in Charing Cross Station. The machine was not happy & I had to be rescued. I now avoid all shops which are self-service only.

  Booked 50 parcels @ postoffice. Booked by : my phone number. Now, downloaded 'dak' app. Login with my phone number. In trans history, all my bookings should show? No. Nothing. 😰😰 Too much expectations? 😷😷 #IndiaPost
