@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

I am actually sick to death of the service offered by @PostOffice I've been to 2 branches now and neither of them can help. And frankly don't know where I can get help.

@postoffice. How do I get my driving license renewed? One local branch machine is out of order. Another is no longer offering that service & another close branch you have to book an appointment but I can't find how and I can't get through on the phone to ask. Help please????????

@nickwallis @PostOffice and use it to offset the agreed paycut. Reality is what could the fed threaten PO with....nothing. If we went on strike we were violating our contract, losing money as we are paid commission on transactions & losing customers who may never return, resulting in a larger paycut

Avoid USPS if you go into the postoffice minimal help prepare to wait an hour and BTW they don’t answer privately here When will Biden get rid of the worthless postmaster general?

@PostOffice topped up my drop and go account twice this morning online yet no deposit showing (it has left my bank) and no number to contact - shocking service - who is going to resolve this !
