@PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

@PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

@RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

Respected @IndiaPostOffice The post office in your area opens very early. As well as early closure. So please fix the post office time. My pincode is 395004. Current postoffice Time 07 Am TO 01 Pm Please Chenge Time To 10 Am to 6 Pm

No longer can logistics companies maintain their own fleet of personal and fulfillment centers or customer facing offices. That is too costly and if done at truly wide scale you will have a Indian Postoffice like entity or ****** service experiance.

@PostOffice Parcel was sent to me Saturday 30th April and has not arrived. Sender used self service kiosk and it did not give receipt as out of paper and no staff. Are they able to go back and get another receipt printed if they have all the relevant details about parcel?

@PostOffice I asked your manager John if they don't have a record of my transactions as I lost my receipt and the girl who served me had not given me a reference number(I'm new to this) he was quite rude and unhelpful. I have the date I sent the parcels as my bank details show

So, @PostOffice just delivered my PC back as they told the local post office it was too large and too heavy, so now I gotta find another delivery service to help me out. Need it pretty cheap please as I bit short on cash cheapest I found so far is @parcelforce £80 a need cover
