  @PostOffice please can we speak to a human. We have a recorded delivery item that has gone missing. We have been though the automated system and checked on line which says the item is being returned to sender. But it hasn’t. We have been on hold for 26 minutes. Please help.

  @leebbailey @PostOffice Biggest problem is that they have their own investigative/prosecution team. There are no checks and balances. The police/cps way isn’t perfect but I’d like to think they’d have worked out that 700+ people aren’t all ripping them off using exact same methods!

  @PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  @PostOffice @MonmouthshireCC @santanderukbiz was told had to give hours notice to order change from #uskpostoffice our designated PO now told 24 hrs notice so no change until Saturday!!! Only want £150’s worth... Help!!!

  @RogerPlater @PostOffice It's an ID verification check for my Uni course. Basically the website says you can get it done at any post office and I've been to a small one and a large one and no one can help.

  @PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

  @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Explain why you have shut all our post offices in Glenrothes?Pitteuchar SHUT after 40 years, Thornton SHUT, Woodside SHUT. Coaltown not opened because it’s not got it’s licence back , cadam closed all day due to technical issues ???????

  @PostOffice They didn’t tell me it had to be cash until I’d already been home and came back with my card. And they said it couldn’t be contactless because I was paying for a ‘service’. Isn’t everything they do a service?!

  @PostOffice Welcome to the post office where you'll be forced to work 12 to 14 hour shifts everyday. Have too much mail for a single person to deliver in one day? No problem we write you up. Stay too late trying to make sure your mail gets delivered? No problem we write you up. Were garbage!

  @PostOffice I went to pay £28 and was told it couldn’t be contactless as I was paying for a service. She didn’t say the machine was broken. So I went home and got back and was told I had to pay cash as it had been put through as cash so they could serve other customers whilst I was out.
