The @PostOffice confused my current address and soon to be moving address causing such unnecessary delay, confusion and upset. I'd really be wary of recommending new customers to them.

Tried track & trace, no recollection of my parcel. Tried to call, waste of time. Amazing service, any ideas?

Cancelling our order without notifying, resulting in a delay for when our Internet can go live. No prior correspondence in the form of post (ironically), email or phone.

What if they sneeze/cough on a pen or a parcel that the customer touches?What if they spread droplets amongst each other and then their families? We use the Warstone Lane branch.
