    @PostOffice what is wrong with the drop & go service? Im trying to top up my account but it keeps saying card declined. I’ve tried 3 different cards so far, all with money on and have the same reply. I’ve been trying since last night, and just now, same result

    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    @robuttley @PostOffice My local PO always has the more common foreign currencies, and it hasn't been a problem to pop in for USD or EUR without pre-ordering. Failing that, are if your local Tesco has a bureau de change.

    Hi @PostOffice I paid for £21.90 for the biometric card redirection service.I was told ‘the other branch didn't sent the card to my preferred branch’,I have been told I will not get refund! Email sent to post office separately and no reply!! @WhichUK any suggestions please?

    @SIAuk I have tried to join and got absolutely nowhere despite going to the @PostOffice and paying the required fee I keep getting notices to go to the post office it seems impossible to talk to a human being and the service is absolutely abysmal

    @PostOffice just had a delivery pushed through an open high window, no awareness of what it would land on or damage..surely been better to take back to Post Office?

    @PostOffice how do I get a refund for a check and send service that the clerk completed wrong and has caused lengthy delays for my sons passport. We fly in less than three weeks and still don’t have a passport for him. Application went in in April

    @Rajeev_GoI everytime I go to postoffice, server is down. Same with most govt depts. Will @BlueDart_ ever say server is down? Efficiency? Helplessness? Entire govt back end should be put on cloud ofpvt cos. Only way out
