@PostOffice what is wrong with the drop & go service? Im trying to top up my account but it keeps saying card declined. I’ve tried 3 different cards so far, all with money on and have the same reply. I’ve been trying since last night, and just now, same result

@PostOffice No phone number shown on your website, when finally finding a number, automated service puts me through so many options…just giving an option: “to speak to an advisor, press..” would make things less difficult

@PostOffice Mine took 5 days for a next day by 1pm service and are refusing to refund me not only did the @PostOffice refuse to refund for services not carried out sold to me but told me it’s my own fault they fraudulently sold me the service knowing they couldn’t deliver

Anyone complaining about the @PostOffice customer service clearly haven’t been served by Graeme at Asda post office at the Jewel Edinburgh .He just restored my faith in humanity. Couldn’t have been more helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@PostOffice used the counter service to pay a chq into HSBC, they have declined it, Nationwide say I need original back to get a new one issued….can you help me track it ??

Follow up. 'They' @RoyalMail and @PostOffice took my money and didn't honour their promise. After paying over £7.50 for Special Delivery for docs to be delivered the following day, they didn't. Apparently I can't have a refund as they suspended the service but the PO didn't know?

@PMOIndia in postoffice when I went asked for sukanya samrudhi yojana statement at 3PM on 21/12/2022they said come tomorrow. Most of the time it is standard Answer anytime you afternoon time in NAGARBHAVI II Stage Post Office, Bangalore-560072. Kindly make them service oriented.
