@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

*all the lawyers involved in #PostOffice #HorizonCases The @ccrcupdate & Nick Wallis @nickwallis et al have never published all of the original case papers which led to original convictions of #PostOffice SPM’s, seemingly expecting instead the public to take their word for it?

@postoffice while I’m at it, why can you now not track a parcel? It says on the tracking that it needs to have delivery attempted before you can track it!? Used to be able to track it & you can track from every other delivery service. Can’t know when a delivery will be attempted

@PostOffice you really need to investigate the branch in Dyce. Since it moved the service is terrible. Long queues and untrained staff who barely speak English.
