@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@DTDCIndia which kind of service providing by DTDC?a consignment booked at panchkula on 3rd august and tht same consignment forwarding on 5th august and that parcel will reach the destination?. why The People use courier service why not use the Govt transport like Postoffice?

@PostOffice My Son Mr Akshay Pareek from London has sent a parcel from London by Royal Mail - Tracing No RL 455336169GB on 04 th July . It has not been delivered yet at my Kolkata office . On tracing On 12 th July Kolkata GPO , has sent it to Mumbai. Please help.

@PostOffice Travel Insurance Claim put in 30th March. You Closed it despite me providing all requested evidence, didn’t write to us to tell us. Asked to lodge official complaint 3 weeks ago, not been acknowledged, rang again Thurs and told she would ring me back and hasn’t.
