@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@DasherGuidedog @PostOffice Shocking😥put a complaint in to the Post Office, at least a book of stamps and a written apology.

And one of those is the rudest assistant ever: I felt really sorry for the way he spoke to an elderly man like he was stupid; absolutely dreadful #customertraining #customerexperience @PostOffice

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

@PostOffice @Glenlyon17 The PO not trying to promote a product? That's unusual. If they truly want to campaign about social problems they might be better served by donating to the charities concerned who help people like Jane.

@PostOffice @bluedaysomeday Your quiz photos indicated that we need cash for beggars, tips and paying workmen. Not a strong argument for cash. We do need to support post offices though.

@GezHaddon @weechoukie @PostOffice Exactly, can't believe how stupid people are. Whatever HMG wants do the opposite...in most every case.

@PostOffice My mother went to post office to get her grant, unfortunately she couldn't get her grant because the money is stolen by post office employees...now we are stranded with no food because her stolen grant is the one she use to support family.

@age_uk @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Absolutely! I’ve started to deliberately use cash where I can to help protect older folk and to teach children the value of real money (which cannot be done by tapping a card). Sadly many businesses have used Covid as an excuse for becoming cashless. Thanks for the post!
