@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@Zalando TERRIBLE WEBPAGE TO BUY didn't deliver my package to the DHL postoffice (which was open by the time they couldn't deliver the item) and now, I have to buy the item again not only even more expensive than I did the first time, but also wait 15 days for money refund.

@NatWestBankFir1 @PostOffice Why are all the banks closing, it is difficult to pay in cheques, yet the #postoffice which we are encouraged to use to pay in cheques does not provide cheque paying in envelopes. Visited 2 #postoffices , neither had cheque paying in envelopes #fail

@PostOffice there’s one person at the Watford Atria branch who is trying to sort mail and there is a queue out of the door. Some of us have been stood in this queue 45 minutes now. Surely this poor guy shouldn’t be lone working?
