@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

@PostOffice There’s been huge snaking queues of over 100 people at Liverpool Central PO as students are waiting for their Biometric Residence Permit. I’m just trying to pick up a parcel and only have my lunch break but can never get served in time. How to rearrange delivery?

The @PostOffice is keen to position itself a sort of bank esp since so many branches are closing. But mine will never cash up change or provide change. And gets huffy if I try and deposit it.

@PostOffice just had an appalling experience at Kingston Post Office. The manager is rude and in dire need of customer service training as do some of the staff. Badly organised system in place. Please sort it out!

@PostOffice bought travel insurance, made a claim due to having to cut my holiday short as my dog was being put down and now I’m being asked to provide a sick note with date of diagnosis of illness and date he was diagnosed! WTAF absolute joke!! Leaving me owing money for flights

@PostOffice Thame post office, shuts at 5:30 apparently, but I go in at 4:45 and there is a sign saying “closed”.. I need to renew my driving licence and they were absolutely zero help. I would do it online if available, but it’s not..
