@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@PostOffice your Barnstaple branch inside @WHSmith is a joke, staffing levels have been next to nothing for months now, 1 person working, no self service available, just spent best part of 30 mins waiting and moved up 2 people. Left with the parcel I went in to send.

Hey @RoyalMail I took my unused stamps to @PostOffice today but was told to go away and post them. That seems stupid. But they also told me I could use them until July. Your website still says end of Jan. Who's right?

@PostOffice fourth attempt to renew driving licence and apparently the system has been down for days and might work later today. Rather than make the trip again during my working day I asked for a phone number to check before I come and redhill post office won’t give it to me
