@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

@HM_Passport @PostOffice How do you make a complaint to the post office. Poynton post office Cheshire . Extremely rude Chinese man who just humiliated someone I know Plus starting arguing about the cash she was paying in saying notes were crumpled . Walked in with a certain amount and he complained

@bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice It’s your choice to wait in a long queue, you have no idea what they were doing, or indeed why. You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!

@xiled4trut20438 @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Have you seen the programme and the background work carried out for that programme? However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

@MBullshitty @PostOffice The only service that covers Gift Cards is Special Delivery and its £9.95. 2nd class doesnt cover gift cards. Also Post Office do not deliver mail, you've tagged the wrong company.
