@PostOffice Ryan ive got bad anxiety so after that woman was rude to me the guy at the stall made it worse ,how he spoke to me,i understand but hes being extremely in my face is the only way to describe it. I just hope i can find another P.O people deserve to be treated kindly.

@PostOffice Absolutely appalling customer service, IN Didcot PO today. The one inside Whsmith. .. Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. 😱. #postoffice
