Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

@PostOffice South Ealing Road post office is never open at stated times. This has happened constantly this year, please look into this branch as it doesn't serve the community, and people have to use the Boston Manor branch.

Sent a package to USA using drop and go. Assumed I would get some form of proof of shipping as normal but checking my manifest it just states Royal Mail and date - my customer is complaining its not arrived - how can I even prove its sent? #dropandgo #royalmail #postoffice

@ithattheatre @PostOffice They will have left the post office. Signed for is not a tracked service, it is scanned when accepted and scanned when delivery is attempted nothing more

@PostOffice I’ve just been to a post office and went to a cashier. She looked up and without saying anything shook her head. Eventually said I’ve finished serving now. The cashier I eventually saw wasn’t much better. Are manners and customer service not part of training now?
