I give up with my local @PostOffice. It's never open at the times it is supposed to be, and when it is they have the most ***** staff who don't know how to do basic things like issue a Certificate of Postage.

@RevRichardColes @PostOffice Thankfully there’s been a constant on going report by the brilliant journalists @PrivateEyeNews highlighting the failures. Justice at last over poor leadership and poor computer systems.

@Dr2NisreenAlwan And rules for office spaces/call centres appear dangerously lax. Once sat down at desks 2m apart, workers can remove their masks. Pt told me 30+ workers who talk all day for a living are in 1 room for 8-10 hrs without masks. @PostOffice policy is #masks are OPTIONAL!

@PostOffice paid £79 for a redirection service only for you to barely redirect any mail to our new address. I do not advise customers to use this service as the Post Office do not actually redirect you mail.
