  I give up with my local @PostOffice. It's never open at the times it is supposed to be, and when it is they have the most ***** staff who don't know how to do basic things like issue a Certificate of Postage.

  @PostOffice It is what it is. I was in the queue for about 1315 and eventually walked out at 1430. I appreciate you have targets for self service but surely if there are people who need a cashier it would make sense to see to them too?

  @Keir_Starmer Well today our Postie rammed an empty torn envelope through my door - the 6 art cards I ordered (a gift for a friend) were missing from it - it was ripped open down 2 sides. No word, no apology - just rammed through the door. An empty envelope. What great service. @PostOffice

  @Aug24 @PostOffice Never once have I been asked of the exact contents of my parcels when dropping them at a multitude of different office's. Can @PostOffice please provide a link from their website where this rule is explicitly stated in their terms and conditions?

  @lisajon60648359 @RoyalMail What service did you purchase Lisa? If it was Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 it can’t be taken to a @PostOffice, otherwise they should have accepted it whatever size the branch was.
