    I give up with my local @PostOffice. It's never open at the times it is supposed to be, and when it is they have the most ***** staff who don't know how to do basic things like issue a Certificate of Postage.

    @PostOffice went to your Orpington Yesterday @ Eldred drive and really shocked at the service. You would expect during a pandemic there would be a level of service and kindness, so shocked to see how the lady spoke, unhelpful , rude and abnoxious I will not be visiting there.

    @ASOS @ASOS_HeretoHelp is awful! Sent something back over a month ago but @PostOffice used the wrong returns label and they won’t give me a refund! I wouldn’t be wasting my time dealing with this if I hadn’t returned it! Awful customer service.

    @IndiaPostOffice Sir/Mam, the article was not delivered at the mentioned address i had to pick it up as postman refused to deliver. I had to go to postoffice and collect, as the postman refused. Is this the service? One pays for? @rsprasad

    @IndiaPostOffice The delivery man(post man) took my passport with him and marked it delivered on 30th Dec.But today morning I went postoffice regarding this issue that I have not received my passport and still it says it has been delivered then they told me postman must have kept it with him.

    @PostOffice Hi Stephen, of course-she made me wait quite some time while she finished her task of writing in a note pad before she rudely gestured me forward spitting ‘1 minute’. She has a very bad attitude & a reputation for it, in fact I know people who go elsewhere as she is so hostile

    Cheque for 5 lak by post office got cancelled by SBI stating cancelled due to positive pay system on 28dec.1)How can SBI cancel cheque issue by PO 2)who will refund my charges & why will I bear the charges of 295 for the fault of postoffice @PMOIndia @nsitharaman @TheOfficialSBI

    @PostOffice I don't believe the rude, obnoxious little man at Larkhall,PO in Bath wishes anyone well. Slovenly and appallingly rude to people. Goes as slow as possible & delights in being unhelpful. Must be desperate for staff if you employ such a nasty little man?

    @PostOffice my drop &go account is showing as pending closure. Can you help please as cannot access receipts or balances on the card. My Post office have confirmed they have reactivated card after a processing error on Tuesday but account is still pending closure online
