I give up with my local @PostOffice. It's never open at the times it is supposed to be, and when it is they have the most ***** staff who don't know how to do basic things like issue a Certificate of Postage.

@PostOffice hi please can you help me I think the post office has made a mistake? I exchanged £1000GBP yesterday to Turkish lira. Exchange rate was 18.9. Online is says 20.1 I should have got 20000 lira I got 19000. I need to go back tomorrow to question this. Can you confirm? Ta

DO NOT use @PostOffice Travel Card for your holiday money - bad advice = my son was charged $83 for taking out $160 and yesterday their system randomly changed the currency on his card from GBP to USD losing £10 in the process. It takes six weeks to look at a complaint AVOID

@NatWest_Help #terrible #cheque deposit service for full time workers. Failed on the app even w/ advisor support. My branch ATM outside doesn't offer the service. My local @PostOffice doesn't offer the service. No mention of this from either. & I'm not paying to post it! #poor

@PostOffice I have couriered 2 parcel for 2 different address and there is no update from their end. Infact by tracking the status shows "closed door". No-one came to my house for delivery and no one is answering my call. very bad service. #indianpost
