I give up with my local @PostOffice. It's never open at the times it is supposed to be, and when it is they have the most ***** staff who don't know how to do basic things like issue a Certificate of Postage.

@MeriamKhan64 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp XP1 is the code that the post staff use to sign on your behalf I believe. So during Covid that there is no need for the customer to touch the electronic signature machine

@MetroBank_Help I'm trying to pay a cheque in but don't have a convenient branch close by. I've tried four different @PostOffice and none have paying in envelopes for Metro Bank. Why offer the service at the post office if none have the envelopes to make it possible??

Hey @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice How come it takes a week for a First Class parcel to get from London to Truro. Your service is an absolute joke these days. And your online claim form doesn't work. If I was the Queen I'd demand you remove the 'Royal' bit from your name.
