@PostOffice I am trying to find a phone number to get in touch to save massive travel but it looks like all human contact has been removed. First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!

But when it comes to gives prompt service like updating passbook, issuing new passbook after previous is USED, POST OFFICE SHRUGS. For new passbook and LOST PASSBOOK POSTOFFICE don't differentiate. Customer is asked to give in writing for new passbook. Is this BANKING 3/7

If @PostOffice tasked me with doing my best at slowing down, frustrating and gumming up remediation/compensation and vexing subpostmasters wronged by #PostOfficeScandal I would have moved Rodric Williams into the remediation unit.
