@PostOffice I am trying to find a phone number to get in touch to save massive travel but it looks like all human contact has been removed. First they will come for you branches, then they remove phone lines. When there is no one left to hear you the service will go too!

@stupoo @PostOffice @BITC The part that bothers me the most is that all of the Manipulation and threats ie parcel, is before you have even paid them for a service , so legally you are not bound by any rules or terms and conditions. Insurance is also a choice

@PostOffice Been there, done that with your technical bods, spent hours & days testing & trying this and that. Waste of time. My same equipment got much better performance on other providers. Bottom line is that the service sucks. Sorry.

@PostOffice what a joke. Stood for 45 minutes in a queue in the rain to renew my driver licence only to be told the system is down and that calling the engineer will hold up the queue. A simple sign on the door would have prevented me wasting my time or putting myself at risk.

@PostOffice I've decided to leave, as I'm not sure that this attempt to fix it will be any more successful than the other two times I complained about this issue. Hoping another provider can give me the consistent internet I've paid for.

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice And the post office even threatened to damage their customers parcels on this post , that's scaremongering tbh , the same type of lies and manipulation they train their staff to do , they have no way to tell which parcels to destroy but still lie.
