@PostOffice @FlaskEnd I stopped loving the Post office when it was sold , big respect for our postman , lovely people who front line for a bunch of greedy shareholders who don’t pay well and insist their staff post loads of crap leaflets for us to throw away, all for more. Public ownership again!

@boys_ian @Uber @PostOffice That is bad. Lots of rogue employers out there.

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice I had similar a few weeks ago. I wasn’t waiting for a delivery. I ignored it. I also had one from some company I’d never heard of, who said they’d attempted a delivery at my address (twice). Ignored. These scams seem to be going on everywhere.

@PostOffice You are separate entities - but your reputation and image are related. No problem (or surprise)...

@PostOffice @goodmaz_maria @fascinatorfun Query: would Royal Mail display their logo in all official communucations. Or just never send texts?

  • robshrl ⚒👉Roshi👈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@robshrl) reported

@PostOffice If you work from home and have a ltd company, pay your rates and utility bills personally, it is impossible to have your business post redirected to your new house. To phone your help line takes over 25mins of hanging on, and the info you get is inconclusive. HELP!!!

  • hugodrayton Hugo Drayton (@hugodrayton) reported

Is the @PostOffice now simply a front for criminal activity? I don't use its services heavily; but both letters I sent in the past week have arrived opened, and contents missing. @PostOfficeNews is a vital community service, but now seems to be deeply infiltrated by crooks.

What is going wrong @PostOffice - such absolutely atrocious "service" - please avoid dealing with any of their savings or bond options.

  • AnitaC34472333 Anita C (@AnitaC34472333) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Yesterday while out walking we saw our postman talking to a neighbour who was showing him a post office message about a delivery. He told her to always ignore these as the post office never send phone messages about deliveries.

  • iamian16 iamian16 (@iamian16) reported

@fascinatorfun @susan04071 @PostOffice In my experience Telephone Preference Service is ineffective at blocking scam calls. Yesterday we had two each saying that our BT broadband would be cut off at midnight unless we pressed "1". We don't have BT broadband.

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice I got a similar text saying non-delivery by Royal Mail. I blocked the number as a scam as there's no way it could be genuine. I live on an island where we still get first class Royal Mail service, the postie puts the mail in the house if we're there or not.
