    @_EmmaBeswick @PostOffice I may be able to help you out. A tracking no. would only be available on International Tracked & Signed or International Tracked services. Usually the tracking no. would start with RN or LB or similar. The French courier would be La Poste.

    @PostOffice You sure about that? Seeing as I work in a PO that also does the Check & Send service. The help pages on Horizon, combined with the training workbook and the booklet supplied with the form directly contradicts your statement. Even when renewing online, they still ask for photos.

    @wweLovatic4ever @PostOffice Sounds like a scam. Royal Mail would never ask you to pay £1.99 for redelivery. They would have left a card if there was a parcel that couldn't be delivered.

    @PostOffice No problem. Adding to my earlier point, the last posting date for surface to USA/Canada was more than 2 weeks ago. If the customer wanted to send Xmas cards that way, it wouldn't have got there until after Xmas/January. May be worth bearing in mind before talking to that branch.

    @PostOffice @ellaloui_se Surely it depends on what the stated weight, actual weight and service used is? EG. If the parcel was 2nd class and both stated weight and actual weight were in the right price bracket (for example both under 2kg), would it actually matter as the price would be the same anyway?

    @PostOffice I only jumped in to that thread as you were implying to the customer that it was possible to do such a thing when every counter clerk in the country will tell you the exact opposite. Unless, by postage labels, you meant buying postage labels online which would annoy all clerks.

    @parcelforce @PostOffice I paid for next day delivery UK to Belgium of a small item. I paid for Global express. It is now more than 48 hours… not even reached the Depot.Can someone inform me as to when this parcel will be received?Not good enough when you pay more for a service

    Today i visit indian post office Kanpur (nawabganj) branch Now the server is not working properly & customers suffers very hardly. only 1 person in a counter & only he recieved a speed post for a customer i am in aline for last 2 hours 👎🏻 @IndiaPostOffice #postoffice

    Hi @PostOffice - Do you know if the issue with the app for putting through driving licence renewals has been sorted? Husband tried x 2 today at Northallerton PO (WHSmiths) but no joy. Want to try again tomorrow but don't want to drive through again if still down. Thanks!

    @PostOffice No, nothing at all. This service is absolutely appalling tbh, first rule of customer service is always to set expectations. I have provided all documents required so I'm pretty disgusted at how I'm being treated.

    If you are looking for the most slowest, outdated and incompetent service, look no further than at @PostOffice @WHSmith Beccles Branch - still the most inconvenience post office with poorly managed staff, awkward layout and needs serious modernising for a growing town.
