    @PostOffice Terrible service this morning from One Family and PO Savings who have lost my certified POA documents. Sent back and forth 3 times between two teams. No further forward. This after following the advice which is on your website.

    @wallersaur @PostOffice @FullyChargedDan Good move, bad hardware. These BP Pulse Type 2 posts are notorious for occasionally locking the user's charging cable in place and refusing to release it until the power to the unit is switched off. Exploring other hardware options for the next tranche of installations is advised

    @PostOffice so, i need docs certified, and i dont have a printer. I went to one of the 3500 post offices where i can 'pick up a form' to fill in, to then take back to a PO so they can sign to confirm identity - response: never heard of stocking the form!! Thanks PO - screwed!

    @PostOffice I'm trying to put some euros on my travel card using the app, and it keeps getting stuck when I try to load the payment screen and says "There seems to be an issue with our payments system". When will this be resolved? I wish to take advantage of the improved rates.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank-you. I tagged Royal Mail in the original post, but unlike you they haven't responded. I've solved my problem but was just trying to be helpful in offering customer feedback. From my end it looked silly - and you're not to blame!
