Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

@PostOffice hi ,I have quite a few unused stamps that I need to swap for the new bar code ones. Is the Freepost address to send them to a tracked service with a receipt as I would not want to just simply drop this envelope in a post box with no record or tracking?Thanks Paul

I hate it when you ship an item online (after weight and packing it yourself) and a week later the postoffice is like- “You ****** it up, so we’re charging you more to cover the difference, thanks for using our services!” 🙄 It was only $5 extra but damn.

Appalling @PostOffice service @WHSmith Woolwich, queue closed 45minutes early, machines all out of order. They promised us an improved service when the Crown @PostOffice was closed.

Can you please tell me if deliveries will be back to normal tomorrow 26th October? I'm waiting for important delivery of medication that I needed today and had to resort to calling 111 for emergency medication as I'm at risk of seizures @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice
