@PostOffice I gave up waiting after 20 minutes. I went back an hour later and it was just as bad. The cashier is efficient but all by himself! Why are there no self-service points to drop off parcels where you just need proof of postage?

@PostOffice 45 minute wait totally unacceptable and one poor lady serving. Always like this. When will you sort this out?? Oh and because of the wait I missed my home delivery by 5 minutes which I needed today so thanks for that.
