@PostOffice hi, your staff member told me that they won’t print off the receipts when dropping off online postage as she ‘doesn’t get paid to do that’, also told me off for putting 0.7kg, and insists that 0.7kg means 7 grams? she’s so rude i’m scared to visit that store again.

2/ unfortunately since having the misfortune to waste 19 years of my life in service with @PostOffice who drove me to near death, ruination & total lack of confidence I have not left my flat for one solitary night in over 6 years. I must therefore decline the kind invitation

@PostOffice one online, then put through to someone else who gave me a reasonable quote, the call dropped, I had to call again and was given another ridiculous quote. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was refused, asked to make a complaint, refused and then the call dropped!!!

This is the @PostOffice's response... 'We cannot reprint or duplicate receipts once a customer leaves the branch. The reason being is that it puts Royal Mail at risk of duplicate claims and also, tracking numbers only appear on Proof of Posting.' This makes no sense.

@markhipwell1990 @PostOffice But you shouldn't have to pay more to ensure it turns up. That is fundamental. Slower, less carefully handled yes, but not just a complete failure in service.

My elderly next door neighbour: "Dear @PostOffice, I'm not getting any calls on my phone. Ppl who try to call me get a message saying my line has incoming calls barred. Fix please."
