@PostOffice It took me 25 minutes to pay in two cheques. I also thought it was an actual counter service but they’re just posted - which I assume I could just do myself using the post box!

I was all about saving @USPS @USPSHelp but then their hours are **** & a working person can't really ever go to the office & I have to use @UPS...ew. Maybe it does need dismantling & rebuilt from the ground up bc I don't want to save this version tbh. #usps #postoffice

@PostOffice Room is not an issue, the sub office say not in the shop or the post office no idea where it is. Visited 3 times. Went to D.O. twice say it’s not there, though didn’t appear to look. Why can’t D.O. Speak to post person and sub office to try to establish who took delivery.

What' up with the DBS certificate process @DBSgovuk? I got the @PostOffice Verify app and scanned my passport, took a selfie and had it approved, etc. but now I still have to go into a Post Office with my passport to verify my identity! What was the point in the Verify service!?

@JoeBiden @POTUS please Ibam begging you do something about the #PostOffice . I still have packages missing from Christmas. No one will reimburse me. My taxes and bills are not being delivered . Fix the the @USPS . Get us a real #PostMasterGeneral

@PostOffice Maybe they were trying to help but they could have just asked me to contact them not tell my neighbour every detail of what I’m buying. I will deal with customer services rather than discuss on here.
