Why aren't @PostOffice investigators involved in #PostOfficeScandal coming forward to put things right? Is the answer that they still don't think there's anything wrong. Is the culture that distorted they remain convinced innocent subpostmasters were acceptable collateral damage?

@soult @PostOffice Thats probably because many of us found that like normal we were unable to change our opening hours online and didnt have hours to spend doing it on their branch "help"line

@PostOffice @MarkMarriot87 Nope not quite correct, many branches operate a maximum of 5 bags per day. Your reply seems to imply that a customer can come in with £250 in say 10p or 5p, which branches don't have the space for (or the time to deal with this for all they would make dealing with it)

@PostOffice It took six days for an anniversary card to be delivered! Posted first class from a main post office. What a disgraceful service!!!
