@PostOffice Most businesses employ additional staff for busier periods especially when they have reduced capacity elsewhere in the local area….what are regional managers round here being paid for?! The service provision is awful.

@PostOffice I’m at Sutton post office -there’s a massive queue and there’s no post office staff here at all ! Not even a manager !! All the money RM make -there’s never enough staff working , surely u need to train the WHSmith staff at post office work coz there’s lots of them

@PostOffice the post office has lost another item. An automated message on tracking says the tracking number is no longer available. The web site is useless, service is useless, you can't speak to customer services and they were dismissive at the sorting office. They don't care.

@bellasbeauty5 @PostOffice same for me on monday!! a massive queue outside and once you get to the front, you realise there’s another long one inside. only 2 people on the rm tills and no one wants to assist self service to help speed things up. shocking!!

@PostOffice hello I had my first visit to Hayle post office this morning- impressed quick efficient service was in and out in less than 20 minutes I didn’t catch the name of my server but I give both of them working this morning praise
