@PostOffice @RoyalMail How about resolutions for proper staffing and decent customer service training? More importantly, there’s the matter of compensation for the postmasters/mistresses falsely accused/imprisoned due to YOUR faulty accounting systems. Please resolve to be better. #PostOfficeScandal

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Never actually new this, now wondering why this wasn’t obvious?

  • redunelectable redunelectable (@redunelectable) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail The way the CWU are performing it won’t be a problem soon. RM will cease to exist, broken up and sold with thousands of redundancies.

  • jwbottomley James Bottomley (@jwbottomley) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail A resolution to treat the victims of your Horizon IT system fairly might be more to the point.

  • ntfc2 Gareth (@ntfc2) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Royal Mail still service my town, whereas you've just shut the only Post Office. So I get the difference.

  • cocobear454 cocobear4 (@cocobear454) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Our local post office is looking more and more sparce and sad every passing month. Can you help owners with this? For example ours has a mouldy looking empty drinks fridge in it. I think they last sold a drink like 5 years ago.

  • charliencfc Chris Charles (@charliencfc) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Yet you still deliver the same poor customer service #postofffice #CustomerService #

  • DebatingRoom David The Grey  (@DebatingRoom) reported

@PatGrove2 @PostOffice @RoyalMail Worse, to be fair. The Royal Mail simply suppress wages and made many of their staff redundant during privatisation. The Post Office falsely accused staff of fraud due to a known software issue, leading to them being imprisoned.
