    What an absolute scam the @PostOffice is now. Order a parcel that can fit through the letterbox bu I wasn't in so they take it away again and 1.20 charge to redeliver 4 days later. What happened to just collecting it from the post office? A simple solution that worked.

    "Alternate Electric Power Backup(UPS/Generator) is not available at BSNL exchange office at Duttapukur.Cause to during @WBSEDCL1 power cut moment, BSNL exchange office is totaly down and fail to supply the network connectivity".We facing very difficulties at Bank & Postoffice.2/2

    @PostOffice I have a Annual premium policy for a family and cannot get in touch with you for support whilst traveling. We need assistance and so far I have spent 3 hours on the phone with no answer.

    @martinallen78 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Martin. That’s not the real Post Office website. It’s a scam. Post Office have nothing to do with deliveries or redeliveries. There probably isn’t even a parcel. If you’ve put your details in cancel your cards quickly before you lose everything. Did you get a text with a link?

    Genuinely impressive to see how far (backwards) the service from @PostOffice has sunk. Took all the advantages that #covid #lockdowns threw at them, and used them to turn a ****** business into a truly awful one.

    Can anyone help me actually speak to a human being at HM Passport Service? @ukhomeoffice It's a mistake not of my making and all I get is automated services. Am beyond frantic. Help! @PostOffice did my online application & got my name wrong & now it's beyond complicated. 😡

    @kvssubrahmanyam hyderabad city region and sangareddy division is intimated to deliver all the mail concerned to the above address will be delivered by ameenpur postoffice.customer should mention the pincode 502032 instead of 500049

    @DVLAgovuk I didn't expect you could. Thanks for the reply though! Appreciate it. 1. Webchat tells me to ring number I've been trying. Tried it again. Line still closed. 2. @PostOffice lady filled in V890 but noted the errors presenting online will cause difficulties. Pack posted anyhow.

    @PostOffice the St Thomas St Post Office in Wells, BA5 3LF has been shut ofr 3 weeks due to computer amd IT issues !!!! Please advise when this will be sorted. @JSHeappey @tessamunt
