MissyR (@381missy) reported@PostOffice my local P/O insists that even though the opening times are on the front they can open as hoc!! How can this be when you're trying to run a respectable service that custmrs rely on? If you can't be trusted to be open? Absolutely madness, what a way to run a business!

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedThe @PostOffice really do have some of the worst customer service skills I’ve come across from any company. After dealing with the Camberwell branch and now their head office appeals team, it genuinely makes you wonder… maybe the Postmasters scandal wasn’t actually a scandal at all. Maybe those convictions were genuine and real after all. The way they dismiss complaints, issue tactical closures left and right, and refuse to take any accountability it all feels far too familiar. #PostOffice #PostmastersScandal #CustomerService

DpawsonGas (@DpawsonGas) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice To get rid of the staff. When sales at counter goes down counter and another job will be replaced with a self service box you see poping up everywhere.

Mark 🐈⬛... (@TheBossnME) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice The "Post Office" isn't (and never has been) Royal Mail, which is the price you'll be seeing, and paying online. The Post Office is a UK Government agency. Royal Mail is a private company.
