@PostOffice Can someone PLEASE help me find documents sent yesterday for “guaranteed” delivery by 1pm today. Were needed today . Steve in customer services ref. 1-8246214517 says it might now be tomorrow but he “doesn’t deal in definites”. Not helpful. #postoffice #guaranteed

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Could you please help? On several occasions I've had texts from P.O.that they could not leave my parcel as no one was home. I got a text earlier, I was home & I am home! They go to the wrong address! I've now paid for the delivery on Saturday. Annoyed!

Extremely disappointed by the @USPS I mailed car registration and tags certified 10 days ago. Carrier forwarded somewhere. USPS closed case and nobody picks up at Decatur PO. I have called over 50 times. #fail #postoffice

@PostOffice I tried to simply send my old passport off via Haworth Co-Op post office ans was unable to even get a proper envelope! They are absolutely not equipped to handle the business from main street should you close that down. Ridiculous decision.

Hi @monzo I was supposed to receive my card last Saturday and haven't. In fairness I haven't received ANY post for over a week which is highly unusual. Have @RoyalMail and the @PostOffice shut down and no one told me? Or are all the Posties recovering from the #PlatinumJubilee?

@NivashniNair SAens must really be stupid if they still believe SA Postoffice can still be an effective institution under the ANC regime of Corruptional Dealings...the damage is done we need to bury this Industry under GOV and have Postnet be SAens choice of service.
