A really big deer pushed my car down a hill that ramped me off the ground several feet, almost flipped my car entirely forward, and shot me just past a tree Later the lady at the postoffice yelled at me for smthin I Know was correct Flying into the sun 👍

@PostOffice That would be great, looking back at previous correspondence the customer service team member tried to say it was in a retail unit, when it's not, it's a Post Office proper. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.

@KatieWi55115702 @PostOffice I mean that part has nothing to do with the post office as only Royal Mail do deliveries and they are a separate company, but the counter staff still should have explained the service they were giving.

@PostOffice I only got informed was when I opened up my Experian account as I had a notification to say a new credit account was added to my account and one had been removed , I spoke to them today and it was like talking to a brick wall . I never got any letter .

@PostOffice Hatts of 2 you nd your guidance. am asking an address 4 the main home office, so that I can go and ask them 2 re-issue theBRP and than they can send it 2 Richmond branch. I have already been to Richmond and they said they cant do anything, and obviously you can't do anything too.

Omg I do a manifest every time and my parcels never get processed or processed incorrectly and then I’m left in a state wondering where the rest are until I can contact the PO again.. I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?
