@ChrisFarrelly @siany_d @PostOffice If you were to pay your Council Tax at a Post Office counter and they failed to empty your bins would you complain about that to Post Office too? You’d be no more or less wrong than you are in this case. Siân is just trying to help by pointing you in the right direction.

@pylade2019 @PostOffice @HM_Passport I've had 3 separate notifications from TNT to say they'll deliver it 'today' with a 12 HOUR (8am-8pm ffs!) window for delivery. Like I'm going to hang around the house literally all day and half the evening waiting for them to not turn up 3 times in a row?! Get in the bin TNT...

@PostOffice just spent an hour in Southend Post Office due to long queue and understaffing. Hugely inconvenient. My transaction 2 minutes. You need more customer focus!
