@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp You fail to understand that for the public, Royal Mail is just that - the national mail service. 47 of my 1st class cards posted on 12/12 have not yet arrived. Many will stop using the post and send emails instead

@LivEchonews ‘Use the post office instead’ A @PostOffice cockup cost me hundreds to fix a VERY easily spotted issue - hell I even paid them £8 FOR THAT! no way in hell am I trusting the post office with my actual banking details, I now even get proof of postage for a replaceable letter
