Finished an order up yesterday and knew, that I had something delivered to me today. So I just went down the stairs and handed it to the driver! That definetly beats the Packstation that ate a parcel of mine and standing in the queue at the postoffice!

@parcelforce I used your service via @PostOffice and not online, so therefore I was trusted the post masters knowledge who guaranteed 4 working day delivery and was more than happy to take my money.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank you, I did, they don’t know either. The problem is the delivery office won’t talk directly to the collection office, Neither accepts phone calls so I waste hours going to and fro. Just get shrugged shoulders, D.O. Say it was scanned so not their problem.

@barbour_kris @carl_zero @PostOffice They didn’t explain that to you because it isn’t true. If you pay online as Carl says, you can take the QR code to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point but not a Post Office. You could just hand write the address though.

@harveybones She (postoffice lady) asked: - what’s inside the parcel? Mum suddenly remembered to answer “food” could be a bad answer...so answered “a toy”! She asked: - what kind of toy? Mum:”a toy for a dog” She typed on her computer mum’s answer and told her: “this is a wrong answer” (2/4)

@paulxdesign @gawuffy I hope that you don't ever have problems with them... @postoffice Telecoms are a dreadful company to deal with. Their customer "service" is a shambles. Their billing is confused at best. Their processes are dire. The service is OK. Just don't have anything do wrong...
