We have received half of our mail and half of it has just been handed into us from up the hill where it was thrown into the grounds of a church! Included were polling cards with our details on them!

I am absolutely furious & can’t believe someone would just throw all of our personal mail onto the grounds of a church where clearly nobody lives because they don’t want to walk down a short hill to do job!

Awful customer service and complete disregard of any sort of mistake being made🥴

When you check online with Royal Mail It will only ever tell you 2 things, when the PO accepted your parcel and when the customer signs for it. If you wanted tracking the only service that Royal Mail offer is Special deliver. Hope this helps.

My small business needs a reliable postal service so I have to go in opposite direction to Kendal. Not even a parcel box which would help.

Yeah, because he didn't ring the bell. I've been charged to rearrange the delivery. Disgusting service #postoffice
