@PostOffice it is not just our redirected mail but ‘normal’ mail as well! I am absolutely furious & can’t believe someone would just throw all of our personal mail onto the grounds of a church where clearly nobody lives because they don’t want to walk down a short hill to do job!

@PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the post office redirection service! We have received half of our mail and half of it has just been handed into us from up the hill where it was thrown into the grounds of a church! Included were polling cards with our details on them!

OK - @PostOffice is officially on my blacklist of useless organisations. Digital passport renewals - been to 3 major POs and rang a 4th. 3 have broken machines (for over 2 weeks) and the one with the working machine had no staff. Completely pathetic.

@PostOffice why is there still a problem with handing over click and drop international tracked at the post office because your system has glitched and cannot read the QR code or barcode properly . It been going on for a week now and is so frustrating
