@PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the post office redirection service! We have received half of our mail and half of it has just been handed into us from up the hill where it was thrown into the grounds of a church! Included were polling cards with our details on them!

@PostOffice it is not just our redirected mail but ‘normal’ mail as well! I am absolutely furious & can’t believe someone would just throw all of our personal mail onto the grounds of a church where clearly nobody lives because they don’t want to walk down a short hill to do job!

@postoffice Is there an issue with postal deliveries to the G3 8LQ area? Two days now received messages that it’s unable to deliver! Not an access issue as we have been in both days.

@PostOffice Hi, we spend lots with you daily sending parcels it’s great service. However, last week 3 parcels were sent on the same day & all 3 have turned up smashed. We can’t claim because you call them breakable items. We send multiples & never had an issue. Can’t be our fault

@PostOffice This just goes from bad to worse. After 5 non-delivery of letters the "post office" now say there is nothing they can do about forms not being delivered!! Just about getting my mum's money back to her. Absolutely ridiculous

Hi @PostOffice my Drop & Go account has been marked as "Pending Closure". I didn't request this and I cannot access my transaction history so I can't give customers their tracking details for the parcels I posted yesterday. I'd like to continue using this service, help!
