@PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2

The state could have a part or whole share in new power stations for generating electricity. The state could phase out #energysupplymarket and perhaps issue contract to the #PostOffice to handle that, it's the billing side.

Eg car tax, can govt declare they'll only accept digital payment and disallow cash payment at postoffice? I'm trying to understand this from all sides so sorry if it's an idiot question

@PostOffice It’s not an inconvenience for me. Your missing the point. You need to recruit and look after these colleagues of yours better. They are so overworked it’s awful to see. You need a minimum of two on at all times. How can they even use the toilet? It’s not right in 2022
