@PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the post office redirection service! We have received half of our mail and half of it has just been handed into us from up the hill where it was thrown into the grounds of a church! Included were polling cards with our details on them!

@PostOffice it is not just our redirected mail but ‘normal’ mail as well! I am absolutely furious & can’t believe someone would just throw all of our personal mail onto the grounds of a church where clearly nobody lives because they don’t want to walk down a short hill to do job!

It's 6pm and no mail has been delivered yet. We're back to receiving mail after the sun goes down. For a while there we had it nice with receiving mail during daylight. Not sure why this keeps happening here #PostOffice.

@PostOffice Still awaiting a refund for travel insurance bought 20/01/22 from a local branch. My account was debited 21/01/22. Cancelled 28/1. Still no refund despite phone calls & promises. Appalling customer service.

@PostOffice Appalling lack of service in post office at Winslow Bucks in One stop shop . Erratic opening hours, totally incompetent staff. Queued for 35 mins yesterday - he was asking the shop assistant for help - this person said they were not trained/ qualified to help

@PostOffice And I would raise it with somebody if I'd been in contact with anybody other than having sent the complaint and receiving a generic 'we've received your email we'll be in contact within 10 days' response. No advisor has been advised to me!

@PostOffice I sent a parcel on 20th December and it’s still not been delivered! Showing as at Waltham Cross CSP… I have had to refund the buyer and so I have lost £30. Please help
