    @PostOffice We’ll speak to them. I’m the customer why do I have to figure it out. I paid you money for a service. You don’t pay me to investigate. Do you have any idea how much your lack of service is impacting on my wellbeing. I need my money back. I have my parcel at home.

    @PostOffice and @parcelforce I will not stop until I get my money back. You can ignore me as much as you want but legally you need to refund me. Just in case you forgot I paid for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE. Did I ask you to investigate before handing my money to you???!!!

    @lucyallan @PostOffice That would be a good start but ultimately Lucy not one person should be out of pocket or else that is not justice. As the complaint to the ombudsman goes....people should be return to the position they would have been in without this wrongdoing by Post Office
