@PostOffice Royal Mail suspending SD guarantee. Wasn’t told this when posting yesterday. I don’t blame PO staff or posties. Blame lays firmly with Royal Mail ‘top brass’ & a race to the bottom ‘Amazon Lite’ ideology. UK is broken.

@PostOffice The outcome is we sent a payout but I never received, every single email I receive every day unless yours the same way letter are lost and you don’t deliver payout payments also you talk but us customer have the loss and you get our money, mails and do whatever you please

@wfpickering @BritishGas @PostOffice I had this same issue! I just received the vouchers for Nov & Dec in the post and used them and the one they text me about has now appeared on the key too. Try topping up and see if it works for you!!!

Just been screamed at to the point of tears by a @PostOffice worker. Literally never been spoken to like that in my life. Sat in my car having a panic attack while all the men in the queue just stood there in silence :)

Having just moved house, I need a black wired phone cable to make my internet work @SkyHelpTeam Sky sent this out to me by express delivery… on 7th December. Ten days ago @PostOffice Strikes or no strikes (which I support btw), this is totally unacceptable

@PostOffice Just a shame in our high street we have lost all our banks and now we’re going to lose our post office. Residents of ware like my mum can’t easily get to a post office once it closes in Jan. she doesn’t drive and has poor vision so isn’t comfortable travelling out of town either
