@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Well tried the web site wouldn’t go through so I filled in a piece of paper. Not only has some toe rag took my money but I spent hours trying to complain that I won’t get back. Shocking service and web site.

@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith I’d be asking for the manager, that’s appalling behaviour! Let’s hope you get a reference for this, then should it arrive damage appropriate action can be taken. Don’t let one rude person spoil your day.

What is going on @PostOffice. Three parcels sent 2nd Class since December 7th and not one has arrived yet?? There are plenty of convenient excuses but that is shocking service

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice just tried to post a parcel from England to Northern Ireland and was told the service is suspended. Is that correct?

@PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

3 parcels to send & a queue outside the @PostOffice, so I pay for & print the labels. @RoyalMail website says "Drop off a prepaid item" at a "Customer Service Point" round the corner. Fantastic! Except... "Oh no, we can't take those here, go to the Post Office." 😡

@PostOffice My ‘signed for’ parcel was apparently signed for in my apartment block but not signed for by me & I never received it. Makes the whole ‘signed for’ process pointless if @RoyalMail are just giving parcels to random people
