@PostOffice the whole experience was archaic and bureaucratic. Wish I’d never walked in.

@PostOffice For the second time, a member of staff at what passes for a Post Office has typed my postcode instead of the recipient's on my receipt for a Signed For item. Last time the item never reached its destination and I had to remake a £30 Etsy order. Any comment?

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan; wouldn't be a bad idea to do a general notification via Horizon to all branches as it is unlikely to be an isolated case.

@USPS Hey, USPS, this packaged, UA105073002US, was sent to Brazil and due to a problem with the system of the BR postoffice not updating it ended up being returned to sender. Do you know it's location as your website has no updates. I'd like to know if the sender will get it back

@PostOffice Our postie has got into the habit of throwing our mail onto the bottom of the communal stairway in our block of flats instead of through our letterbox. We recieve important, very personal mail and feel this is not good service. Is there anything we can do about this?

@postoffice took a week to respond to my complaint. Then I got a voicemail saying they were closing my case--having done nothing--because they were under a "time constraint. Seems they have to close a case within a week, so...just close it.
