@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Problem is @RoyalMailHelp, you are advertising the same opening hours and services on your website. So you can’t brush it off that easily!

@PostOffice @oohgaryc This is not just this branch. You just do not have enough staff! The one you have left in Barnstaple is not able to serve and look after the self service machines. Says a massive amount about how staff feel that so many have left & you are either unable or unwilling to recruit.

@PostOffice please can you help me? I sent a parcel 2nd class 5/8. It still hasn’t arrived…

@PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2

allowed to collect. So if my wife’s ID gets stolen, anybody can collect as it isn’t photo ID? We only have issues with Parcelforce! Every other courier always attempts to leave with a neighbour. It was a standard parcel, didn’t have to be signed for. #postoffice #parcelforce

I downloaded the @postoffice #easyID app this morning in advance of collecting a package from the Royal Mail sorting office. They had never heard of the app and said they weren’t the Post Office. No worries. They accepted what I showed them anyway. Ah well.

@PaulDon1989 @coeus1982 @PostOffice Most branches have it as a rule of thumb, also there is no actual legal standing by taking a photo, as long as the customer follows the guidance & advice of PO staff, every avenue is covered, comp levels are there for a reason & branch security & staff safety is main priority.

@CrookesAnn @PaulDon1989 @PostOffice Noone disputes that.. but where does that stop? No company should or has confidential information on display so that really doesn’t factor. A photo / phone pointing down at a parcel for a picture is not undertaking reconnoissance. Its b/s. Consumers have to protect their interest

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I’ll help you out a bit. Spoke to 5 PO’s. None have heard of ‘mail integrity laws’ none have issue’s with custs taking parcel photos for records citing ‘many do’ and all suggested OP PO was being a ****. Open plan or not. No sensitive info should be cust facing.

@PostOffice Why, when i can take a photo of it in the post office on the counter ready to go? It protects me from spurious damage claims whilst in your custody. Mail integrity laws.. its laugable. So weve established you ask, but its not law, neither is it enforceable?

@ShellEnergyHome Hi, I was a customer with @PostOffice but was moved to Shell Broadband. I should be getting 68-82Mbps download but I'm only getting 35-38Mbps but I'm being charged full price still. Secondly, the Internet had gone off for no apparent reason. Can you explain.
