Sent a parcel 1st Class, signed for, on the 18th. No delivery has been attempted yet and it’s the 23rd! I now have to wait until after the 30th for @PostOffice to do anything. I paid extra for first class!! What brilliant service...not!

@topacregganman @KateJon41196503 @PostOffice Almost every Signed For letter that gets brought to my Post Office after Royal Mail’s two delivery attempts never gets collected. Most of them are legal letters. They get returned after 18 days.

@topacregganman @PostOffice There’s No update until Delivery with the SF service. Your ref no. doesn’t say it’s Still at PO, it says where it was accepted. TBH, I think the Signed For service leaves a lot to be desired!

@NYTrailBeaver @CardPurchaser I had the whole incident on video as well, the postoffice said they disciplined the mail carrier. A few weeks later I was home and asked the mail carrier why I signed for it as it was promptly stolen and he said he never even knew about it. Luckily 2 nights later the police
