    Sent a parcel 1st Class, signed for, on the 18th. No delivery has been attempted yet and it’s the 23rd! I now have to wait until after the 30th for @PostOffice to do anything. I paid extra for first class!! What brilliant service...not!

    @PostOffice May I please request a higher management person to deal with my complaint. My assistance dog has been allowed in all brunches, today it seems different. The lack of consistency in information and rules is not the way forward to look after your customers.

    @KatiePybus @PostOffice Thanks, just been. Queue not bad. Some pumps empty but managed to get my £30 worth. Not panic buying, needed for very long urgent journey.

    @PostOffice It’s not the case. I find that you are repeating yourself. My point is that the lack of consistency is not the way forward to look after customers. I was allowed in that brunch before with my support dog.

    @PostOffice the UKs most shocking broadband service! Your service cuts me out everyday just a short cutout if this is acceptable for someone who is paying £30 for this shodding and slow service you thought wrong. (1/3)

    @PostOffice I spoke to the nicest Customer Service agent possible on Thursday, when I called to update my address on my Post Office ISA. Think he was the nicest person (bar family) I spoke to all week! A credit to you. Thank you.

    @PostOffice @CarlosD01814644 Some people do label their dogs as 'emotional support animals' when they are assistance dogs. Even if this isn't good practice, the law does not require a dog to wear anything in particular so if someone says their dog is an AD and it is acting as such it should be treated as one

    Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice your Putney branch needs new management please, asked for an update on a cheque that was sent off last Wednesday and the phone was shut down on me twice by different staff, please hire professionals not people who quote “can’t be bothered to check”
