@chrisclarkcpfc @PostOffice almost certainly would mean a reduction in services when the office that’s now a tyre shop in stafford road moved to a sweet shop , the sweet shop didn’t do a high value (registered ) service if they’re lucky existing staff maybe offered EVR ?

@BritisherPaz49 Prepaid card is the way forward. I used ome I'm America with no problem, even for a hire car. I picked mine up at the postoffice. Part of the Mastercard system.

  • samhailes Sam Hailes (@samhailes) reported

Tried to use the Post Office for the first time in months. Made me remember why I avoid it. “Sorry our computers are down and it takes 30 minutes to restart them so we can’t serve you.” @PostOffice - seriously?!

90days for a uniform/allowance is such a postoffice thing cause gide damn

  • WorldFruityG WorldFruityG (@WorldFruityG) reported

@PostOffice just a reminder that ALL of your people are actually criminals - you have ALL failed to report the industrial scale mass process of stealing funds from Subpostmasters who asked you for help. You should feel nothing but utter SHAME for the rest of your sorry lives!

  • melspence2 mel spence (@melspence2) reported

@WordMercenary Sadly the #OnlineSafetyAct is of a piece with the #PostOffice scandal & its root in the decision to treat computer evidence as Gospel, despite warnings from #IT specialists Once again the experts said if you must do this bloody stupid thing don’t do it in this bloody stupid way.

  • pplrstupid977 peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported

@ukSJS @PostOffice Can you help it when you're sick? No? Neither can anyone else. Perhaps have some compassion instead of being a whiny little lemon.

  • ShirleyNzeh The Real Lady Shirl 👑 (@ShirleyNzeh) reported

@virginmedia is the prime example of poor customer outcomes. Following their systems migration with @O2, they are issuing bills they cannot explain and charges for 'unreturned' equipment that has been returned. All this, while over relying on #ChatBots and operating process that leave them unable to verify customers based on data viewable within the customers' dashboards. How?! This reminds me the issue with the #PostOffice. Save yourself the hassle and find another provider. #VirginMediaI are useless and will frustrate you!

  • LMont81 LouieMont81 (@LMont81) reported

@PostOffice my partner has been to two post offices to try and change her name on her passport. Both post offices could not help. The customer service has definitely gotten worse. #CustomerService #badexperience
