I now have to wait until after the 30th for @PostOffice to do anything. I paid extra for first class!! What brilliant service...not!

Michelle (@born2bepink) reported@PostOffice I am at Purfleet post office…info online says open 9-5.30pm to arrive and find it is closed 1-1.20pm so having to wait 20 mins most of lunch break 😡…why is this not shown online? And why at lunchtime when most home workers to use service???
