@PostOffice according to your website, Fareham PO16 offer the photo driving card licence renewal service? Since I can only speak to a robot on the phone that “cannot help [me]”, please could you confirm I only need my current licence and a payment method to use this service?

@postoffice. As you’ve not got back to me regarding Fakenham branch drop and go... I want a full refund of the balance on my DROP & GO account. I’ve been unable to use the service as you’re more than aware, not even decent enough to offer refund, I shouldn’t have to chase it!!

Went to Post Office in Rope Lane, Wistaston. There was a queue outside. Plenty of room to queue inside. Went Readsedale Ave, Crewe @PostOffice Walked straight in, served immediately. Only way to improve service is to go elsewhere. I spent £140 on gift tokens Rope Lane PO lost out
