@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

What happened under @PaulaVennells1 and the @PostOffice to individuals forced to use a system they knew was not working, they were told wasn't working and refused even now to accept fully is a national scandal for which they should all be charged. For those who never got justice

I’m pretty sure @PostOffice #Horizon was investigated in the first issue of @PrivateEyeNews I ever bought in the late 90s or early 00s and repeatedly thereafter. Why is this only a scandal now? @BBCNews ?

You need more then one member of staff in your wallington branch on a Saturday @PostOffice over an hours wait is piss poor customer service! Or maybe train the @WHSmith staff to help in there?
