    @PostOffice please can you help me? I sent a parcel 2nd class 5/8. It still hasn’t arrived…

  • voicedbycamile Camile (@voicedbycamile) reported

    Sent a parcel from @postoffice via royal mail on 25 July. Was contacted by recipient yesterday saying they haven’t received parcel. Tracking info says parcel never even left the post office. I'm fuming 😡 Their negligence will cost me £340. This needs sorting asap @RoyalMailHelp

  • coeus1982 Steven Earnshaw (@coeus1982) reported

    @PaulDon1989 @CrookesAnn @PostOffice Fair play, if thats the rule.. but you cant just make up ‘mail integrity laws’ and repeated tell a customer in a busy shop ‘its the law’

  • DGxo Danielle Gilmour (@DGxo) reported

    @PostOffice you never knocked my door and my parcel is already late and I needed it for an event tonight no customer service to call JOKE

  • art_begall Gavin Gillingham 💙 (@art_begall) reported

    @PostOffice I sent a message thru your website at the weekend. I'm having trouble trying to get a replacement travel money card. Your website says you'll reply in 2 working days but I've heard nothing back.

  • Jahump_34 Jennifer Humphery (@Jahump_34) reported

    @PostOffice When will Jackson Park - Chicago improve their customer service? Or should the news be called on them AGAIN?

  • coeus1982 Steven Earnshaw (@coeus1982) reported

    @PostOffice Ok, thats a balanced response which i accept. What weve learned is that post offices should not be quoting non existent laws, and that in effect, no photography needs to ideally be sign posted. With a parcel on the counter and a phone facing it and down, i cant see an issue.

    @PostOffice How crazy this country has become, calling emergency service reporting a crime, they asking what was the suspect look like? Roman English or Scandinavian English?!! where is humanity???

  • CrookesAnn Ann Crookes (@CrookesAnn) reported

    @HedgesL0u @PostOffice Thank you for the support Lou, postmasters are unfortunately not paid a salary & therefore most are struggling to afford employing staff & do the bulk of the work themselves x

  • pascals_penguin Anita (@pascals_penguin) reported

    Does anyone have experience with pre-paid travel cards? Particularly @PostOffice or @asda ? Need a travel card for the weekend and both seem to have bad reviews
