@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So it's been with Kennington Park Post Office all this time and they haven't bothered to look when I visited twice!!!!! I have the print out of all the times my parcel was scanned. And the staff was SO rude. Pointing fingers and shouting.

@PostOffice literally there is one lady walking around asking what people they’re doing today whilst the other is sat down chilling with only one behind the counter and a massive queue how about they get behind the counter and serve people ??

@PostOffice having been for 2 visits to my local sorting office and 2 visits to Kennington Park Post Office unable to locate my parcel I was told "we don't work for @RoyalMail and we don't earn enough to look" and gave me a claim form. Wow!!! So rude and unhelpful. 👎🏻🥺

Incredibly disappointed that #lbc #postoffice lost our marriage certificate we mailed out to be finalized, we’ve been waiting weeks to get our official cert, come to find out they lost our document. ****.

@BarclaysUKHelp Closing the branch would definitely have a negative impact on Haxby and the surrounding areas. We know banking can be done via @PostOffice or online but our post office is already very busy and this surely cannot be your solution to the problem, suggesting people bank elsewhere.

The @PostOffice in @WHSmith Sutton is one of the worst post offices in the country… The staff are slow, queues huge, its disorganised, the most frustrating experience going. I waited 25 mins & bang on 1730 the bloke refused to serve everyone else in the queue… Pathetic

@PostOffice It's to late now your staff at the PO failed to help me activate it I had to go on holiday without it ,had to use my debit card being charged 4euros every time I used it , typical private company no interest in customers just sell sell sell to feed the shareholders.

@PostOffice One bloke in the queue had been standing there that long that he started to feel Poorly and had to sit down… I only wanted to post a letter but a woman had closed all the self service tills to cash them up, they were all closed when I arrived at 1705… why close all of them…???
