    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @RupaHuq @PostOffice such bullshit, theres one next to Tesco on the Vale, theres one by the Post Office/corner shop on East Acton Lane, the list goes on. Stop lying in Parliament. If you want to know what problems Acton/Ealing really has why don't you take a look at the roads and state of the streets

    @supertanskiii Well I've got both, vaccination certificate,QR code to get into certain shops, plus my ID card,I wear a mask in all shops, Postoffice,train,bus it's not a problem because everyone does it. I live in Germany iv also had my booster too.

    My mum died 2 months ago and @PostOffice told us to email them her death certificate to cancel the internet package. We did and heard nothing. They've continued to send us bills and insisted we pay them. It's so frustrating and the last thing we need.

    @BarryShipteas @PostOffice 3. In order to get a self service kiosk, POL have to approve you for it, want your printer moving to a more ideal place ( to help with ease for the customer).... I was quoted £1k ( & we have to use their engineers... in the contract).

    @PostOffice What the hell is going on with your broadband service??? It's been nearly a month of the connection constantly dropping. We pay our bill on time and yet we have an awful service from you guys in return!

    @PostOffice I wonder why you struggle!?!? Post office only opens office hours, and opens late, finishes early! Very poor service!

    @PostOffice totally not impressed by your service and response to a parcel being returned. Why have staff and not train them on how to send parcels and have something returned!! Furious well it’s your loss and @Hermesparcels gain as I will no longer use post office services!!!!

    @scullyp @PostOffice You need to do the right thing though. You need to compensate all affected by this scandal. Without the Bates trial the truth about what was going on would not have surfaced. The govt must have paid POL around £100M to defend this and help then run out of funding. ☹. Help all
