@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

Hi @PostOffice, I dropped off 2 x ASOS returns yesterday but only received a receipt for one of them. Only one of them is showing as dropped off on your tracking and ASOS has only acknowledged one of them too so I'm worried one of these wasn't scanned correctly. Please help?

@airtelbank its a shame on airtel you all are becoming like postoffice run by government by charging 25rs+gst for virtual debit card annual maintenance which should be free as customer is not asking for physical card worst payment service by airtel

@nols91 Truth is Most if not all Government departments r frustrating everywhere.for instance just 2day we drove around wit my Elderly Mom who is very frail, Spent my entire day going frm PostOffice to PostOffice since last week 2only b turned down & told that there r no cards 4 renewals

@PostOffice It's been like this for around a year! Maybe you need to remove that post office as an option for deliveries then. Also the telephone number on the poster needs updating as it doesn't work anymore. This is really really poor customer service!

different. I would go as far to suggest that ALL 2417 HSS applications need an external review of how they were settled especially those early on who had no access to legal support in preparing the claim. Remember @PostOffice ONLY provided legal support AFTER an offer was made.

@DC4Indy @PostOffice Branch I worked 9 years ago had to stop taking the “English” £50 note at one point due to forgeries. Went on for over 4 months. Didn’t have the facilities to check them properly (they were very good fakes, pen and UV didn’t help) Rare but it does happen.

The split of @PostOffice & @RoyalMail enables both to avoid responsibility for poor service. I bought service from Post Office but have to use Royal Mail’s complaint’s service for failed delivery - no wonder both companies are in a mess! @itvMLshow
