But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

RM understandably don't want to have to pay the Post Office fees/commissions so encourage people to buy online. Also better for customer service issues afterwards.

We are cutting down on public services, including law enforcement, and this is what they choose to spend resources on? As a reminder - no one went to jail for Grenfell deaths or Postoffice or PPE or the sewage scandal.
