@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

I reported my identy thief and report to FBI so if someone try to make a passport.Cvs,ups fedex and postoffice,penn dot made pass port,I let them know They did the stuff in 2012.

@PostOffice No change giving card apparently. Did have our new business bank account debit card and ID. Other local business owners having issues too. Really not a good service. Difficult enough to post a letter there some days. We dread our daily visit. It should not be like this?

Truly shocking service by @HM_Passport . Applied for two passports via Digital Track and Trace. One passport came back in 3 weeks, the other, constant requests for documents 9 weeks later. WE DONT HAVE THEM, either you do or the @PostOffice lost them! Dr. Abi Tierney = FIRED!

Post books almost every day from @Spar Port William which has a @PostOffice - today manager was rude to me & one of his staff. I said: "The first rule of customer service is to be polite" he shouted & swore at me in front of staff & customers - man with a v short fuse

@PostOffice Over 40 minutes, 2 staff working, this so called manager you have in place needs talking to, she can't expect her staff to work like that without her support, she needs to recruit more staff or be there to help her staff, it's disgusting
