@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

The closure of @PostOffice card accounts has created major difficulties for people we support who are homeless and can't get a bank account for their benefits to be paid into. There's no problem with applying but banks are bound by rules which mean not everyone is eligible 1/3

@Shephardio @PostOffice Signed for isnt a tracked service, it is scanned when posted, and scanned when delivery is attempted. So it looks like royal mail havent tried to deliver yet for whatever reason

@PostOffice New owners need sorting. Bad attitude, no manners, when questioned about it, refuse to serve the customer, tell them to go elsewhere and not come back because they won't be served. It's a public essential service, is that even allowed? Check Google reviews over the past months.

Hey @RoyalMail why promote your parcel collection service if you don't actually collect the parcels? A day wasted, a trip to the delivery office and my first class parcel now arriving late, next time I'll just use the @PostOffice
