    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    The @USPSHelp is the only carrier that will scan your package & never actually deliver/leave it. Then you can NEVER get someone on the phone & when you do, all they say is file a claim, I have 11,780 claims on file.🙄....Y'all have to do better #postoffice

    @PostOffice Hey Tom, my wait was 45 minutes. My concern was more for the single employee working with a huge queue of customers. Also an awful alarm going off continually in the store. Doesn't make great working conditions...

    @PostOffice Hi, I sent a cheque off on 23/12 but had confirmation from RBS that it was returned to “post office” due to the name not being legible. Would you be able to help? I have my receipt and RBS conversation as proof if need be, thanks!

    @BootsHelp Hi - I’m still waiting on a tracked 48 hour parcel that was due to be delivered on 4/12!! The location from @postoffice still shows Northampton. These were gifts I’ve now replaced. Any help welcome

    @PostOffice Unfortunately your Sutton post office run out of global parcel force stickers so another wasted journey . I have no car atm so the nearest store is cheam . Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

    Streatham @PostOffice delivery 🚚 office is by far the worst sorting office. I purchased some items 17 dec 2020 it’s been sitting there. No one has attempted to deliver it. Why text saying someone tried to deliver it when nobody has left any card ??? #Lockdown3 #Twitter
