@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@ChesterfieldDeb @PostOffice It is a counter service as they are securely delivered by hand to the postman and then to the central banking depot of the post office, so a more secure process than dropping into a post box

@flincauk @PostOffice The Horizon incident was absolutely terrible, and we as PO workers are still trying to get them to be held accountable. However, you are now repeating POLs mistake by not listening to the PO workers. Both you and them seem to think it is guilty till proven innocent.

@PostOffice Please read my tweet again. I was not “refused.” The assistant could not login to gain access to Post Office cash withdrawal facilities. My bank card remained in my purse & was never presented as she said she couldn’t gain access. So why are you asking for details of my bank?

@PostOffice So today I received an answer back from complaint saying I must consult Royal Mail ? But it was Royal Mail I went to first and they said the complaint responsibility was yours as the product was sold by post office . No reference to follow this up !

@PostOffice -I’m disgusted by your customer service. I was never given a proof of postage and the parcel has gone missing. I had tried emailing/calling receiving no response. Please can somebody contact me to resolve this as the service so far has been shocking.
