@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@theapurvabhide @RichifyMeClub No issue Bro 🙏, I am not sure about all maid but my maid was making nearly 12-15k pm and her husband is also working. And small financial education helped them to start this SIP and along with this sip she also have RD in postoffice which i am aware.

@PostOffice - went to local delivery office in Epsom to collect tracked items. Man there begrudgingly helpful: ‘I’m a Kingston postie, so I can’t really help you. You may find they took it for redelivery… it’s not here’ -after I’d the audacity of making him go upstairs to look

@GlenAshby @PostOffice Exactly the same poor service at your Mover Lane Barking sorting office, I waited 45 minutes to collect my parcel. When I finally got to the counter the entire place was a mess, parcels on the floors, bits of paper everywhere, coffee mugs, the place looks toally unorganised.

@PostOffice just spent an hour in Southend Post Office due to long queue and understaffing. Hugely inconvenient. My transaction 2 minutes. You need more customer focus!

@mattbob84 @MetroBank_Help @PostOffice They are closing my local brach in Earls Court hence why we started using Hammersmith, we are a cash business, the trouble we have had with them is unreal. Once threatened to close our account for wait for it....depositing cash the way they told us to.

@AoifeShork @RoyalMail @PostOffice You should care, you purchased a royal mail service and your contract is with them, they handle and deliver mail items. Post offices are just counters who sell a variety of services for different agencies such as royal mail, dvla, etc etc
