    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @PostOffice cust service training required for the member of staff on duty at Scotmid Neilsland Rd,Hamilton branch at 5pm today. No issue with the fact I was late posting fair enough but she could have explained why politely instead of jumping down my throat with attitude

    Unbelievably awful service just now from #PostOfficeTelecoms @PostOffice (now owned by @ShellEnergyHome). Incoming landline calls failing. Waited around 20 minutes, outside on my mobile in the rain (no signal indoors) for an answer. Line was tested, fault found.

    @PostOffice Thanks Courtney. Earliest engineer can come and switch our supply on at the service box is Wednesday - 5 days after our GoLive date. Not really good enough, is it?

    @PostOffice please upgrade your self service machines to accept qr codes for prepaid returns. The 15 minute wait for one person at the counter to do something which took 30 seconds was painful
