@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@MartinB_74 @PostOffice When you say “renationalised”, you do know Post Office Ltd is state owned? (i.e. it is wholly owned by His Majesty's Government). It has never been privatised. So you’ll be okay to continue to use it then 👍

@uncledoomer One time I was out at the clubs and I had a red suit on and found a wallet so I walked down to the postoffice of the city it was and dropped it in outgoing . They had cameras in the lobby and it was at like 2 in the morning. They had to think that was a cursed item and a trick

Laguna Niguel, CA #Postoffice (which pretends to be Laguna Beach) is STILL delivering mail for previous owners who moved out nearly 2 yrs ago! Complaint #76898617 filed late April 2025. Nobody @USPSHelp has contact us. Our regular postman, Phillip usually gets it right. @OIGUSPS
