    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

I feel really sorry for you that you have such an unrealistic view of what customer service is, how it’s achieved and how unachievable it is in the present day.

    @PostOffice Dear Sir/Ma'am, Subject :- after Delivering the post via post office the post master demands for us a sum of money for the service. Sir/ma'am, After Delivering the post the postmaster demand for a sum of money, i ask them for why ? He ask me No Question... !!

    @EdwardJDavey Im sorry.... I believe you let so many postoffice workers down in such a dismissive way didn't you, yet you can smugly run another's 'ethics' down? Regardless of my views of Mr Farage, Mr Davey, my opinion of you in spite of your 'sickly philanthropy', is low, low low!!!

    @PostOffice so disappointed with the service re my travel insurance!! After various emails you still Fail to sort this out. Communication has been dreadful. One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

    Musibat musibat. Went to khar postoffice to post an envelope abroad. Server down for days.😭told to go to airport po. Oh gosh. So far. & took a chance at bandra po. Long line but white hair did the trick. Very efficient. Can a server not be repaired?? @vinatewa_vinay @joydeepg9
