But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
