    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice Hi, I paid a cheque into my NatWest account via yourselves. The staff member took down the wrong Sort Code. Emailed your customer care team. Any chance we can get a phone number as no answer. Several hundred pounds missing and no way of tracking. Please help!

    @PostOffice It'd be really really really cool if I could solve your anti spam protection ONCE and then TRACK MY PACKAGE! either "sorry there was a problem" or nothing happens and when I press track again BAM another set of images. sick of cupcakes and pancakes not gonna lie!

    @Sainsburys_Bank So the rip off saga continues. After @Sainsburys_Bank finally admitted that it is their responsibility to sort out a failed atm transaction, I have received an email today telling me they cannot help. @PostOffice have told me that sainsburys are mis-informing me. Total joke

    @PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

    @PostOffice Absolute joke, you didn't think to ask the local delivery / collection office that would have been collecting from there twice this afternoon if there were any problems I assume you are able to contact local offices?
