@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@DVLAgovuk is @PostOffice still processing photo licence renewal applications for you? I was told by them yesterday that they have been told by DVLA they can no longer offer this service because of a problem with your systems. Please advise.

@PostOffice hello. I submitted a BRP redirect request from Guildford to Hatfield on 19th of Feb. I visited the destination post office on Sat 4th Mar but letter has not arrived. How to track if it has reached this week? Thanks for your help.
