@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice I contacted your Moorgate branch in London about a 48hr tracked parcel that was sent on the 16th feb. It’s still not been delivered and the branch staff are so rude it’s unreal

Watching Urgent Question about Post Office Horizon software scandal (hundreds of sub postmasters were falsely prosecuted (a number of them sent to jail) due to errors in software implemented by @fujitsu_uk for @PostOffice )on @BBCParliament. 20 years on comp etc still not sorted.

@PostOffice Appalling lack of service in post office at Winslow Bucks in One stop shop . Erratic opening hours, totally incompetent staff. Queued for 35 mins yesterday - he was asking the shop assistant for help - this person said they were not trained/ qualified to help
