@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice It would be useful to have paper copies available at each PO so you can reach more of the people who use cash. That’s the problem with online petitions, a section are left out.

Why does UIDAI take charges for changing the mobile number? I request the Government to please open an online way in which we can easily change our mobile number. To change the number we have to visit customer service centres or bank,postoffice.@UIDAI

@PostOffice There's nothing to add,I was just noting that large, busy post offices are increasingly being replaced by shabby counters in the backs of stores with much more limited facilities & that shabbiness is representative of the UK at present, downgraded & messy with poor infrastructure

@SelaineSaxby @PostOffice Yeah, the lockdown policies have really had an effect on peoples willingness to work, especially with crime being out of control. It’s got so bad, the police have stopped policing the streets and the council 1/2

@cpmgtamilnadu why can't we ensure atleast Head Post office getting proper internet connection ,since many of the days Tirunelveli Head postoffice facing internet server issues. @PostOffice Due to this people are struggling and pls think to implement few privatization there.

@PaulDon1989 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp We've definitely done some international tracked not too long ago, so not sure if it's just some countries - this one is New Zealand. Signed or Tracked & Signed work, but not Tracked. RM adamant it's not their problem, issue is with PO system not reading that type of barcode 🙄

Currently standing in a long queue at Nottingham city centre Post Office there is one till open. When I asked if they could open another I was told no. Privatising the PO was obviously a bad idea. @PostOffice
