@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice How can we make a complaint about a delivery missed today? You’ve messaged to say you’ve tried to deliver it twice today without success, but it’s quite clear from our Ring doorbell that no attempt was made.

@CompaniesHouse @GOVUK What dreadful service. For the past 3 months i have been trying to verify my identity. No help from both. Gov uk agents told me now that I need to get an accountant. Why can i not get a letter for the postoffice. Broken-down. Stressed

Small victory today! @PostOffice have accepted my appeal against the Camberwell branch. They still haven’t made a final decision (I’ll post the outcome as soon as it comes), but I’m taking this as a positive step towards proper accountability. As my FOI already proved, this one branch had 52 complaints in just 3 years, and 96 complaints since 2021, with a shocking 61% tactical closure rate basically gatekeeping and shutting down customer complaints before they’re properly looked at. Out of the 15 complaints they actually had to decide on: 8 were upheld and 7 dismissed. That means 55% ruled in the customer’s favour. This branch is clearly a problem and needs sorting out properly. But at least now my complaint is at appeal stage. Whether they now finally admit that wrongdoing by post office staff occurred will be another story. But my intention is to keep the pressure up until they do better. If they have a zero tolerance for abuse which I fully respect, support and understand. I also have a zero tolerance for myself suffering abuse equally and hopefully they understand. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice #Accountability

@katiegilchrist @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Bet you be the first to moan if needed compensation from the courier and hadn’t paid for the service that covers your items

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Could be error by the staff , I have heard it before when staff seem to tell people needlessly to send by more expensive services eg guaranteed by 1pm when they really don’t need that service could explain the massive price difference

@IndiaPostOffice I have proper address but Dewas post office is not delivering the item, they are even closing my complaint without resolution. Please escalate against the worthless employee of Dewas postoffice. Complaint # 2794319349

@theboyroy3 @PostOffice @GitNo1Baby64 They still haven't - and they haven't charged a single person yet - anyone still working in Post Office Ltd. today should hang their heads in absolute shame for not quitting, thus supporting, this abhorrently corrupt operation.

@KerryFail Just repost it to @PostOffice with the detail of your complaint and they’ll direct it to Customer Services. Bloody disgrace.

@AHewitt973255 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Sweetheart my mum is old too. She is 72, She struggle with many tech things but that doesn't mean she complain about digital world. Instead she find her way to do it old way. Where necessary she seek help and get her job done. She is also using Facebook and other social media too to keep in touch with other family members. Blind people can't see, still they find their way around rather than complaining about others. Disable people cannot do many things too, still they find their way around rather than complaining about people who can do things normally. If you can't drive then get Uber but don't complain about why others are driving. Not their fault.

This is bad, even for the #PostOffice! That is an insult! I'm sickened to the core. No money can correct Wrongful Death but a substantial sum should be offered to help the family. I don't know how the families cope with this, it's nothing to do with me but that left me reeling!
