@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

There also appears to to be water damage? Part of the printing process gone wrong... but then it wouldn't have been sold in the postoffice?

@PostOffice I have your broadband and have had no internet all day at home, last of my mobile data too, I’ve done all the obvious restarts etc and need to get to bed. Problem is I work at home Wednesday but can’t without a connection

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice Nope - just handed the cheque over to the PO worker who handed me the envelope on which I put the sort code and acct. no. I’ve never used the service before. Hopefully getting a replacement cheque this week that I’ll take to the bank but it means a short drive to another town.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No you shouldn’t but I was told it will be and I won’t be allowed to collect it because I gave a bad review to that post office. Surely you have training for bad customer service and not punish customers by throwing their mail away.

@PostOffice the automated payment number doesn't work, before you say what the query is, it tries to connect you to a agent. And I can't pay by internet banking as it asks for the exact business name which isn't listed with the details

@PostOffice I have a parcel on its way to #Ullapool & I’ve been told by post office they are going 2 throw it away. Bad customer service. It could be a cancer test. Are you looking into this please? If they can’t accept criticism for bad customer service, maybe in wrong job?
