  @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

  @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

  @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

  @PostOffice I would hope that some light could be speed on my letter that was sent to Edinburgh through record delivery. It has not turned up at the address and know one will help . My advice would not use them so do poor

  Now, that lovely staff there (I'm not being sarcastic this time) sympathised, but there was nothing they could do on the matter, nor can @Postoffice or @RoyalMail Customer Service because they are all bots!

  @PostOffice please help , l have sent an item via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The tracking tells me it has been delivered and signed for but at the local delivery office not the recipient address! I have tried contacting Royal Mail but its impossible to speak to anyone

  @PostOffice All I'm simply trying to do is a DBS check on the Gov website - I've had to find extra documents not mentioned on there, had to create and setup an account on Post Office, download an app, scan codes, documents AGAIN. It's a convoluted mess wasting my time. Horrible system.

  @PostOffice I had one of your vans hit my car while it was parked - there's damage to the car. There was a note on my windshield to contact you. Been holding the line for so long and I can't speak to anyone. This is an insurance emergency. Pls call me asap
