@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice @Collinson it was closed by you without letting the customer know. Saying we couldn't have two claims under the same policy. At leasr you could inform me. From the we kept one claim 335105. I make sure you have all the documents which were asked for.

@fujitsu_uk @PostOffice having watched #Panorama I’m absolutely appalled at the way you ruined post office managers lives to protect yourselves, you knew that your system was faulty. Allowing people to go to jail to protect your rep. I will never use the #postoffice ever again!

@paullewismoney Hearing so many terrible stories another IT fiasco. Is it run by the postoffice software scammers by any chance? I cried after panorama special for those poor people. no-ones head on block. No doubt will b same scenario when smart meter c..p is uncovered. I will never have one!

@PostOffice WTH. Went to the PO to send envelope to USA and paid fee over counter. Weeks later had card thru had to pay £2.50 underpaid for item. Just paid to return my envelope. Now have paid £4.20 and it's still in my hand! Excellent service Post Office!

After privatisation they closed our local sorting office, & the one now dealing with our area can’t cope. Some things never arrive. I received a parking fine a month after the deadline to pay. #postoffice

@PostOffice I went to 2 post offices today and they told me that the DVLA system has been down for about 2 months and that I cannot renew my driving license there. Is that so?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice See this is the issue, when you say “ours” who do you mean? As a customer I only know of one entity, “The Royal Mail”…assuming I know otherwise isn’t a great strategy…
