    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @PostOffice 2 1/2 weeks ago we went online to postoffice chat and they said it was a training issue and would be dealt with. Area Manager due to escalate. Meanwhile, another item is due to be posted.

    @HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers Hi, I tweeted a query yesterday but didn't get an answer. I'm ready to file but cannot access the site as the Gov Verify keeps timing out. What can I do? (Can't get any help from @PostOffice re the Verify as that times out too).

    @louisesugden13 @siany_d @PostOffice Click and Drop is a competitor to the Post Office. In the PO you can buy the postage there, there is no competing service the PO offer for returns.

    @PostOffice I posted an items signed for first class on Tuesday and it’s still hasn’t got to it’s destination. When can I expect it to be delivered? Worried it may still be at the post office I left it at!! Tracking doesn’t seem to help.

    @PostOffice is there an issue with your post office account withdrawals system? I have just tried to withdraw cash, to pay some bills, but the card declined? 😔
