@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@Letsoalo2063 @insightfactor That is why I campaigned against zuma prior to Polokwane .. Many of us knew that he was bad news! The current regime inherited 150% more debt than the 25% zuma’s administration inherited from Mbeki! And they the blatantly stole bankrupting Denel, SAA, Eskom the PostOffice etc..

@PostOffice Yes, I realise that. What I mean is why don't you just offer the normal Royal Mail service at Royal Mail prices, and then Royal Mail send their post via Parcelforce Worldwide?

@PostOffice so after decades of junk mail I finally found the very elusive "opt out form" however there's no actual details for where to send it-like wtf why do companies make it so hard for customers to stop all this bs junk mail? It should be simple! Where is the address???
