@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Anyone know what the rules are to get an International Driving Permit to cover the US and Canada. Just been to @PostOffice who refused a pass as it was “too early”. @transportgovuk and @PostOffice guidance don’t mention this but it says the pass lasts a year #help

@PostOffice Of course. Complained at po branch, po online, royal mail and RBS. Each referred me back to the other! The cheque was for £50 and once it was in my account I was going to pass it on to a charity I support.

Morrow, Georgia @PostOffice has got to be the worst in the country. About 50% of our packages go thru that PO and about 50% of those packages arrive there just to forever say "pending acceptance" to never move again and therefore we never get them. It's super frustrating.

@PostOffice 30 minutes. There was 1 member of staff on. They were doing their best to help the customers but clearly 1 person at lunch time is not enough. There is a pattern emerging and it isn’t a good one. Particularly for a main post office.

@PostOffice Just tried to change £60 of £2 coins (correctly bagged) into notes & was told NO by your staff. When i asked why, they said for money laundering purposes. I said that was a stupid policy & your staff then told me to watch my language. For saying "STUPID POLICY" 😮
