But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

Long line but white hair did the trick. Very efficient. Can a server not be repaired?? @vinatewa_vinay @joydeepg9
