@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Churchill Sq Brighton closed as they have no system - been like this since last Thursday. Five days and a response of “we don’t know when we will open” No signage either until you get there either. Disgraceful level of service to the Brighton residents again!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Why @RoyalMail ? I paid for this service at my local post office, the items were sent from my local post office or they at least should have been! 4 days later they’re still showing as at my local post office. Stop passing the buck.
