Eve (@rock_chick72) reported from Gloucestershire, England
@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England
@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.

Mihai Cucian (@MCucian) reported
@PostOffice They have the best customer service I have ever seen

dave shade (@daveshadydave) reported
@PostOffice Just how long is this queue? I sent in the complaint weeks ago now
-
Rosie Morris (@RosieRem_x) reported
@evanrud @PostOffice Very silly! So if there was just one of us, it would make it even slower to serve our own queue and then have to keep running out to help the self service queue, so we only turned on it there were at least 3 of us so 1 could stand out there

egroeg william⚡️ (@Reaver) reported
@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @PostOffice ur miserable shits have a chat with ur staff and introduce better staff care if they’re all gonna be horrid
-
Evan Rudowski (@evanrud) reported
@RosieRem_x @PostOffice Thanks for the explanation. Yes it seems silly that a self-service machine relies on an employee to monitor and approve it continually. I can understand why the employees turn them off!

Never had a dream come true (@lenkaloser) reported
@DavidArtiss @PostOffice No problem. :)
