@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@harryjmunro @PostOffice Responsibility is on the customer to ensure their package is ready for sending. So it's clear you need to provide tape etc.

Checked tracking on a parcel sent to Sweden full of originals and apparently its destination is Switzerland? RM told me it isnt their problem and I should speak to the post office who then told me they don't know what to do. Where do I even go from here @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice

@PostOffice you’re a failure of a service. Finchley Road post office. None of the postage machines are working. There’s only one person working. 10 people in the queue so far. It’s a joke. This should be a public service. @CWUnews all power to the workers

@PostOffice I think you could really benefit from offering a service to wrap/parcel up an item for customers at your branches. You sell packaging but it's not clear whether customers need to bring tape, scissors, etc. So uncertainty puts off just showing up with an item to post.

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice The whole point of my suggestion is to give an option to the customer to pay extra for that responsibility to be outsourced to the Post Office. It's not rocket science. If they don't do it I imagine somebody else will.
