@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so disappointed with the service re my travel insurance!! After various emails you still Fail to sort this out. Communication has been dreadful. One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

@bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice There’s your bizarre view of reality again. Have you read anything about the post office scandal? I feel really sorry for you that you have such an unrealistic view of what customer service is, how it’s achieved and how unachievable it is in the present day.

@MbusoKhuzwayo_ @Olivia_LaGrange Government is the biggest spender of services & goods in ZAR White businesses will never survive without government spending. You can see now Cyril is trying by all means to shift government spending & services to private sector, i.e Eskom, Transnet, ID preparing, SAA, PostOffice

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.

Can we crack down on @EdwardJDavey the man responsible for people taking their own lives in the @PostOffice scandal whilst he personally took money from firms prosecuting. Banning X would only hide more of his crimes
