@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice I feel, Courtney, that I'm not getting far right now. You stated above that you've no access to customer accounts but now you suggest you could escalate this if I wait? No internet access means I cannot work. The delays I've been quoted are simply unacceptable.

@PostOffice As suspected, this mode of contact is completely useless. Why do you need to know when the manager gets back if you can't help either way? I guess you're just trying to waste my time? Another reason to avoid Post Office moving forward. I hope others see this and do just that.

@PostOffice @PostOffice This lack of care and high risk approach will likely make Post Offices’ a hub of covid transmission. Why have you provided no guidance, support or information on how your staff will be protected and vaccinated in order to continue their ‘essential’ work?

@GIJoeBloggs @PostOffice Something seriously wrong there. NI to GB shouldn’t have any associated problems. That parcel hasn’t even made it to a distribution hub here.

@PostOffice In two or three days time, or whenever that might be? Why should I! Clearly you're not going to actually do anything to help now. What's the point of having this impotent online presence?

@postoffice customer care should be called customers we don’t care , insisting a 90 year old man goes out to post back a router that he doesn’t want . Well done !

They were nothing but deceived into parting with their life savings and now completely ruined. @beisgovuk @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk KNEW all about the Horizon problems yet your department allowed Post Office to spend £100 million of taxpayer cash defending the indefensible

@PostOffice @RooshShah Ah yes, the guidance for PPE which is essentially just buy it yourself. No help from POL for that, no help from POL for cleaning supplies and sanitizer (which we're supposed to offer to customers). Thanks for that Courtney.
