@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Okay, I need time to chill. Today has been awful so I am laying on my bed, listening to some music and I just took 2 melatonins so hopefully I should start winding down so. Still, I am pretty pissed at what @amazon and the @PostOffice did to me. Rest assured I will suing!

@Inbarium Well I suppose coming down 4 flights of stairs to collect it and back up again is better than a drive to the postoffice. The streets will be swarming with the things, all delivering a couple of packages. It’s a bit nonsense really.

@PostOffice item delivered to the wrong address 3 weeks ago, found out who got the item via photo of delivery, they returned it 2 weeks ago to the Post Office. Local Post Office said to come to you as the blame is with the Post Office for delivering to the wrong address. Help!

@DrMartinGray @RupertLowe10 @Keir_Starmer It’s goinf to cost a lot to implement, it’s an it solution like the NHS unified healthcare system or the PostOffice system. It will be outsourced to the cheapest provider. It will be riddled with bugs. It would be cheaper to just tattoo everyone with a number on their arm.

@PostOffice Please, stop showing the stupid ad with the couple riding mopeds? Why don't you spend the money compensating your victims instead? P.S. real-life little kids would run away & hide with embarrassment if grandparents turned up on step-through mopeds lol
