@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@IndiaPostOffice I was sent an empty parcel with its content missing. Funny part- missing complaint says that it was delivered to me as it is even though the postman himself said that the package was damaged and it looked empty. #GovTech #postoffice

Now, that lovely staff there (I'm not being sarcastic this time) sympathised, but there was nothing they could do on the matter, nor can @Postoffice or @RoyalMail Customer Service because they are all bots!

@hannahbechITV @PostOffice I can get my scooter in most of these lifts. The biggest problem I experience is the lack of disabled parking. Also, cobbled streets are very difficult to wheel along. They look very nice, but are very uncomfortable and cause additional pain.
