@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Tom, it is a cold weather payment. I tried to sort this out with the post office but I got nowhere. I now, do not know where the letter is with the barcode is, the barcode is a post office bar code. I am housebound, my electric wheelchair is not working.

.@PostOffice Can you please put more staff on in your Hereford WHSmith branch it is an absolute joke every time I have to return a parcel. Queues of 10+ people, noone to help on the self service. On a Saturday! Joke!

@myncapetv Goodday you all, it's with great sadness that I write this post, last week in line of the Postoffice it was really chaos there were only money for 50 people, so where is the money, hundreds of people were standing in the cold waiting for this 350 they never received.

Every time I encounter a company that won't let me cancel a renewal online, I know they don't respect me or my right to choose, and I will actively avoid them in the future. This time it's you @postoffice. Very disappointing
