Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Long line but white hair did the trick. Very efficient. Can a server not be repaired?? @vinatewa_vinay @joydeepg9

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
