@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Hi, not complaining, don't want to get anyone into trouble (hence no post code in Tweet). Was just flagging it up as it happens regularly but never like this before!! I fully support the strikes BTW x

@EalingCouncil please can you raise the complete absence of counter staff at Ealing @PostOffice with the management - some services cannot be purchased at self service and most people need staff intervention for self service machines anyway queuing for over 45 minutes

@PostOffice You can experience it by going to any post office any time of day! You need to work on your processes, it's painfully slow. Think inpost lockers. I just turn up, scan, and post. Vs wait 45+ mins in a 10 person long queue. Where's my business going to go?

@PostOffice Yes, it’s great when a large company can pass the blame and responsibility onto someone else isn’t it? The issues are with upper management clearly, passing the buck down the line serves no purpose, but hey ho, crack on.

At the public meeting in #Tonbridge tonight about the closure of the town centre #PostOffice - it's clear that the government's strategy of totally relying on franchising to vulnerable retailers is wrong if they really do believe this is a vital community service

@PostOffice got winter insurance through you (via Csal) their service has been appalling. Waited 10 months 4 them 2 pay on a claim, hospital threatening 2 sue us,& now they haven’t paid the additional costs incurred from them not paying in the first place. Outrageous.
