@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Very Frustrated you sell a Travel Insurance Policy but when you can’t access the Self Serve centre and you are constantly being cut off the phone lines I assume because you’ve been on hold for so long! How can this problem get sorted when you can’t speak to someone?

However as this fraudster didn't know how to add a hyperlink every phone that received it will have made it into a genuine @PostOffice link instead! Regardless, never click links in text messages. Instead visit the trusted site/account/app to check.
