Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.

Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + £15 for photos + postage❓ £44.08

Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything
