@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Can not stand rude people. Lady in black outfit working in Cheltenham @PostOffice so rude and dismissive. So rude to two Indian gentleman, raising her voice at them and being very unhelpful. Awful

@PostOffice All I'm simply trying to do is a DBS check on the Gov website - I've had to find extra documents not mentioned on there, had to create and setup an account on Post Office, download an app, scan codes, documents AGAIN. It's a convoluted mess wasting my time. Horrible system.

@PostOffice can anyone confirm for me please what time the post office branch located in the Spar at Abbey Hill, Bangor, Co Down closes at on a Saturday as on their website it states the on a Saturday they are open from 08.00 am to 20.00 which I definitely believe is not correct

@PostOffice @ShellEnergyHome I have contacted @PostOffice on Mon 3 times first for slow broadband then loss of WiFi, no luck reaching Tue, twice after many attempts on Wed, no luck Thu or Fri, 3 attempts and reached 4th time.

@PostOffice one online, then put through to someone else who gave me a reasonable quote, the call dropped, I had to call again and was given another ridiculous quote. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was refused, asked to make a complaint, refused and then the call dropped!!!

@PostOffice … please help with my mission impossible. 1/2 Driving licence won’t renew online despite multiple attempts and checks 2 weeks calling and not once could I get through Email response after 3 days, you have to go to Post Office
