@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Is this any way to treat your vulnerable customers @PostOffice when you are so quick to demand bills are paid and yet when there is a problem you don't want to know? Shocking. How do I make a complaint?

@PostOffice Good to hear, hopefully this was an isolated incident and you have informed the above post office that their discriminatory behaviour is unacceptable.

What a cowardly little Hitler hiding behind his glass screen & mask being absolutely vile to her! @PostOffice I hope he gets dealt with asap! He also needs #CustomerService training!

@PostOfficeNews @BernieSpofforth If only your staff would actually do the job, instead of dealing with such nonsense. The at post office counters is woeful at best of times, unnecessary long queues, or the 'self service' machines aren't working. Focus on that. @PostOffice

@PostOffice I am disgusted that you allow such terrible customer service at your branch in chesterfield staveley, they gave my girlfriends post which was a Christmas present to any random stranger and took a signature when they couldn’t confirm who it was… avoid them if you can

@brianwhelton @PostOffice Not condoning the awful behaviour of Fujistu, the Post Office or any of the so called ‘IT Professionals’ - just make that clear

@MarkKL29 @B0mberHarris @PostOffice There are two ‘greeters’ at my Post Office who are particularly aggressive in their policing of their branch. Makes you wonder what direction is being handed down to the staff from on high.
