@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice DROP AND GO should be DROP AND GO. FAKENHAM branch refused to process them as I was not early enough. 12.30 drop off , branch closure at 5.30. DISGUSTING to treat #disabledpersons like that.

@postoffice STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS. Your customer services is appalling. I am disabled and you’re expecting me to drop my post by 9am if I want it processed same day!! If I stand in queue instead of drop and go they process them!! How is this acceptable?

@PostOffice This doesn’t help me AT ALL! If you had a decent branch manager and not part time staff I would not be so unhappy! I CANNOT GET THERE FOR 9AM. HOW IS THIS an acceptable DROP AND GO service?? #DisabledPersons

@PostOffice My Son went and collected the parcels back from Fakenham and I had to drive to another branch. This is unacceptable for any business customer!

@PostOffice My sister is looking forward to hearing from @PostOffice TODAY with a clear explanation of why our 85 yr old mom’s landline is still not repaired when she lives alone & CareLine is not working. Also need confirmation that it will definitely be fixed tomorrow as stated on Monday
