@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Cheers for the response Stephen! Yeah it was mailed from a PO with help from staff so the postage etc should be correct - £13.70 for 00.570kg, international tracked & signed. So it's on to you @RoyalMailHelp - why would this item be returned?

Your customer service team seem to think it’s a post office problem- they aren’t picking up. The post office central no doesn’t allow human contact

@siany_d @PostOffice I told them the value when I posted it and wanted it signed and tracked but the lady only put the value down as £50 when I told her it was £500 in value and was only signed for. It was then never delivered quite clearly stolen and they’re taking no accountability whatsoever 😬

@PostOffice No, I'm not dropping poorly payed postal workers in it. I've used a number of different post offices and I've never been asked about contents.
