    @PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

    @PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

    @PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

    @pplrstupid977 @PostOffice Sometimes things do happen, but the problem is they are happening very frequently these days, which is why I complained. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

    @Olivia_LaGrange @MbusoKhuzwayo_ Government is the biggest spender of services & goods in ZAR White businesses will never survive without government spending. You can see now Cyril is trying by all means to shift government spending & services to private sector, i.e Eskom, Transnet, ID preparing, SAA, PostOffice

    @PostOffice An item I have sent says it has been signed for at a sorting office but the recipient doesn't have it. I've tried calling and no one can give me an answer as to where it is. Please help me locate it!

    Why can’t the @PostOffice simply accept that their Camberwell branch has been making repeated errors, that their staff clearly needs proper retraining (and more than just that), and that customers deserve a genuine apology when these incidents happen?

    @MBullshitty @PostOffice The only service that covers Gift Cards is Special Delivery and its £9.95. 2nd class doesnt cover gift cards. Also Post Office do not deliver mail, you've tagged the wrong company.

    @postoffice daughter is stuck at Leamington Spa post office trying to collect ordered (and paid for) currency. Staff says transaction not completed despite money being taken. Going to airport at 4am so no way to collect. Very poor service

    @TamesideCorr Improve? If it's anything like ours on Ashton under Lyne the service will get worse? The @PostOffice just cut serving people, tills to serve, self service machines always switched off and prices continue to rise Good old British Companies

    Still cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @RoyalMail don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom
