@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

Time to nationalise all Mail services. Nothing like pandemic & Christmas to bring out the blatant profiteering. Hours queue in one of the last outposts marked by appalling service and pressure selling of ‘fast’ deliveries at 3x cost if I want it there by 2023. Gross @PostOffice

When you go to your closest @PostOffice but can't send a package to Guernsey, because the woman behind the counter can't find it! Even though every other post office you've been to previously in your city had no problem at all. BTW: she could 'find' Jersey..... 😳

This delay probably means that the cards won't get there in time! Seriously not good enough from the @PostOffice! Clearly this branch and shop is so bad, that they're closing completely 'for the foreseeable future' on Monday, which is probably why nothing down there is working!

@itvnews And the @PostOffice is still a shambles here in Argyll. They don't listen, don't respond to correspondence and simply don't provide a service to thousands of people.

@SurfaceCandy @PostOffice Unless there’s tweets I’ve missed, I think the Twitter guys have provided A1 customer service. I can’t comment on the PO that you used but I’d insist that customers using D&G drop off by lunchtime at the mo if they want same day dispatch. There’s deffo no discrimination though.
