@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice It's been 9 days sincey parcel was delivered by Royal mail to the local post office branch I'm Greenwich. Been going there daily using my lunch break for nothing. Raised a formal complaint and I got "we aim to respond within 15 days". DO BETTER!

@PostOffice sorry to have to give you a home truth, but your southampton branch is f**king useless. 1 member of staff on at lunchtime, then a broken network!!! Yet you charge £6.80 for 4 poxy stamps. Where is the money going ??????? 🤔

@PostOffice Hi yes honestly this is the second time it’s happened I have to pay to get there. The excuse was no staff then they said system down. Poor lady was behind alone. Left alone it company policy to have a manager on site if there was an emergency

I’ve just seen this, before reading the comments, I was going to say it is a private postbox, so it is not emptied by @RoyalMail - it looks like the @PostOffice in Sleaford are behind this private postbox. I support anything that helps to make it easier to access the postal service, especially if it makes sending handwritten letters a bit easier. Thanks for sharing.
