@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Complete rip off! Print your labels at home you'll save a fortune. Charged £4.45 for an inferior service in shop, if I printed at home I'd get a Tracked 48 service for £2.85!!!

@PostOffice Longer than necessary, had the self-service machines been in action, it wouldn't have been an issue. Seems somewhat at odds with your usual policy of directing everyone possible to them.

Posted my first Christmas card today and paid 95p for a first class stamp. The GPO worker then asked if I was okay? I tried to pretend I was, but internally I was broken. #postoffice

Hello @PostOffice. I visited Nottingham City PO to renew my driving license. But the equipment needed to do this is broken & has been for 2 months. Very apologetic worker. Lovely staff, crap management, as ever. The Web site should have stated this. Wasted my time.

@PostOffice It's a regular thing at this particular post office. It's especially awful because it's the Bristol City Centre post office - it used to be amazing before you shut the standalone post office and moved it to @WHSmith - such a shame.

@CWU_Huw @CastletonLee @PostOffice The business model for sub postmasters was fundamentally changed when the Govt dropped the Benefits Card in the 1990s after they accepted that the Horizon software could not support it. Govt at that time did nothing to provide another income stream with footfall to replace it.
