@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@ShieldVoC @postoffice I’d very much like a resolution to this problem. It affects me and the whole community. Only one till serving a town of 7000 including business customers is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Forcing customers to drive out of the main town. #DisabledPersons @edp24

@PostOffice I told you about this last week and went to that branch on Tuesday and nothing has changed. It is disgusting that a publicly funded post office refuses to give a contact number. and the customer services are so ******* ****.

@siany_d @PostOffice Sure, and I think perhaps it might work better if they offered a service where they didn’t.

@PostOffice I want direct contact details of your Chief Executive. The Post Office is funded by taxes. The people who are paying for it, the taxpayer, want a customer services number.
