But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
