@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@byewig1921 @PostOffice @RoyalMail People should have been jailed for that debacle .it was clear the chance of so many being dishonest was remote so the problem was likely to be the system .it was .

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp They said it was you guys cos I went to them first and someone called Kieran said it was your issue as you are separate companies! 😡

@PostOffice @viltrumyte wrong. service was founded in 1516, and the name “general post office” and “post office corporation” were the legal names of what is now known as Royal Mail. your company was founded in 1987 as a subsidiary of Royal Mail that just looked after the shops.

@PostOffice It was Wellingborough Road. One poor guy was working alone and whilst I appreciate everyone is entitled to breaks, his colleague comes out with 46 people in the queue and starts wandering around behind the counter for 5 minutes before cracking on! Very frustrating!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Well you damn well should be. A post office is a shop run to provide Royal Mail services (and not to sell toasters). What's the point of having two companies?

@PostOffice @RoyalMail This is the same nonsense as BT and BT Openreach telling customers that they are different companies so when customers complain to BT about poor service etc they blame BT openreach. It should just be one operator.

@PostOffice Hi, 2 days ago when I chased it again and got the generic reply of-We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and delay in responding etc Why has it took since June? You’ve had all paperwork for months- still no movement- bloody awful service

@RoyalMail can you please explain why you don't offer cheaper levels of service in @PostOffice branches? I asked for the cheapest tracked parcel service (£2.85 on your site) and was forced to buy £7.65 next day. How is this fair to those who can't buy online\print at home?
