@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@Vaishal21776295 @ArvindKejriwal I think our provisional certificate is not generated as i had a Visit of postoffice they say post office is working 24/7 that of courier service so from this its been cleared our provisional is not generated.

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your reply. I will wait for this to be investigated. The letter has a delivery date of 28-4-21 but was delivered to me today only. Is there CCTV in this postoffice? It can help investigate. Stealing and pilferage should stop.

Anyone else having problems lately with getting packages from @PostOffice? They have honestly lost five separate packages of ours over the the last few weeks. And one from last December is still missing. Filing claims is a dead end too. They say sorry and nothing is resolved. 🙁

@PostOffice Probably better-off asking the staff in the branch. I was a customer waiting in line and it just seemed odd the way the PC was badgering a female member of staff about something obviously out of her control.
