Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
