@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice your service sucks. Your 'phone systems and advisers send me round in circles. I started out trying to find out what had happened to an item of tracked mail, still trying to get an answer over an hour later. Once that is done I am on the path to complain

@PostOffice tried the passport office and unfortunately the guy on the end of the phone was less than helpful - happy to use the check and send service but can't even get past the 1st section
