But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
