Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Les Twigg (@LesTwigg) reported@PostOffice what has happened to Sawmills Post Office (near Belper, Derbyshire). Should be open but just says closed on the door like it would outside normal hours. Disappeared off your website, web search brings up nothing but opening hours. Like it never existed!

Unless you were asking for a tracked service (T24 or T48) you absolutely should have been able to use your stamps. I expect @PostOffice will be along in the morning to ask you for more info and what branch it was.

I shall now remove all currency from existing card and put the funds into my bank. Then cut the travel card in half. I cannot abide poor service.

mmc (@mmc02939722) reportedThat’s total baloney. Your service is horrible. I thought the Postoffice was the worst in history now you can’t even deliver. Something’s been sitting at the terminal for two freaking days every day. It’s a new excuse and another day added to the delivery time.
