@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Now, that lovely staff there (I'm not being sarcastic this time) sympathised, but there was nothing they could do on the matter, nor can @Postoffice or @RoyalMail Customer Service because they are all bots!

@PostOffice why is your main post office in Swansea City Centre closing at 5 when it states 5.30pm on website. I called today at 5.10pm with my special delivery mail but was unable to send. @RoyalMail how am I supposed to send mail when the service provided by post office so poor

@PostOffice one online, then put through to someone else who gave me a reasonable quote, the call dropped, I had to call again and was given another ridiculous quote. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was refused, asked to make a complaint, refused and then the call dropped!!!

@PostOffice - Have tried emailing, messaging and phoning you on several occasions over the past week regarding reopening a branch service. Instead of listening to Vivaldi etc for hours and hours, could some answer the phone or email/call me back?
