@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

  • thewisdomofray
Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

@lily_lna @PostOffice You are in the UK, we always hear about people getting locked up for "causing anxiety" via words. Why not file a complaint so a local policeman can "check their thinking"?

  • nickwaites11
    Nick Waites (@nickwaites11) reported

@PostOffice The level of customer service in your Darlington Post office is worse than bad and you really need to educate your staff.

  • RLK303303
    RLK (@RLK303303) reported

An update regarding the wearing of a backless dress on Post Office premises. Apparently the note has been taken down ‘for now’. Why would a backless dress make anyone feel uncomfortable? A bit of a non-response from @PostOffice - it doesn’t really answer any questions, nor does it make explicit, a stance on this.

  • DazzleMac
    Mac Dazzle (@DazzleMac) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice I bet the staff were from a certain religion that has a problem with women showing and kind of flesh (including the face)
