@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Terrible exchange rate. Please explain how the pound is now stronger than the euro yet your exchange rate stays the same as it was 2 years ago? I was offered 1.14 on the travel card when the rate was 1.20 recently. The current ‘sale’ is a scam.

Ebay can go to h*ll. They charged me customs, I had no chance to change it or forward the ioss to our postoffice, so they basically asked me for customs again. I asked about it and customer service basically told me that I have to pay again or say goodbye to my package. 🙃🙃🙃

@PostOffice That's great. He's been rude before but he had a new girl who started today & he was cross with her & turned his anger on me. I felt v sorry for her & her colleague & made sure they knew I wasn't meaning that they were impolite in any way at all (he has a high staff turnover)
