@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@postoffice - he also still thought Banstead High St was my local delivery office.. sadly not, because you have closed it down or else I wouldn’t have paid good petrol money for a wasted journey….. have now booked redelivery online 🙄

@PostOffice #Royston High St PO is arbitrarily closed again today, with host @WHSmith not notified in any way. And you have the nerve to post staff vacancy notices asking "Can you provide a first class service?". For a state-regulated service upon which people rely, this is unacceptable!
