@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

Secondly the office is working currently on secondary network(NSP2), Today also office is working , it’s confirmed from the concerned Postoffice.

@PostOffice Guy now doing passport check and send. Not a quick transaction. Huge queue now, all waiting. This is the disgustingly poor service we've all come to expect from the Post Office now. This is appalling.

@siany_d @PostOffice @parcelforce I've contacted them they told me to speak to post office as they mis sold me a service. They told me to ring royal mail.Rang royal mail as I thought post office was still by them and they said to ring post office I'm justbbeing passed from pillow to post

@Loriagne2 @dvla Before anyone claims that's down to an image I provided. It was done in the Postoffice and cost me £21. That's a big chunk of the £74 a week ESA I have to live on.

@dwp dumped the Horizon IT project as unreliable - they cannot claim to have had no knowledge of the problems. If they used Horizon data to prosecute the 10 did they disclose their history with Horizon? Or are they as guilty as @PostOffice of hiding evidence? #PostOfficeScandal
