Paul James Young (@youngypaul) reported from Blean, England@_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!
-
Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

Griselda Mussett 🇺🇦 🌳🎨✍🏽🏡🇪🇺 (@griseldamussett) reported from Faversham, EnglandWhy has the UK Post Office not sorted out its foreign parcel service yet? Seems to me, they’re trying to divest themselves of the entire service, which must be a very costly labour-intense part of their operations. @BBCNews @PostOffice

Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England@PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service
-
Tracie Peisley (@peisley_ya) reported from Chestfield, England@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?
-
Tracie Peisley (@peisley_ya) reported from Chestfield, England@jet2tweets @PostOffice Perhaps more staff would help or an automated response to assisted travel requests. The service to purchase is instant.

Rupert Pitt 🇬🇧 (@RupertPitt1) reportedRead Artur Nadolny.👇 More Post Office incompetence.. “Castleton is now suing the @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk for up to 8 million pounds, arguing the original 2007 judgment against him was obtained by fraud. In May 2026 the Court of Appeal ruled his case should be heard as one trial instead of being split into pieces designed to bury it in cost and delay. A small win. Nearly two decades late. He wanted a quieter life running a post office by the sea. Instead he became one of the clearest examples of what happens when an institution would rather bankrupt an innocent man than admit its software was broken.”
-
Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reportedStill cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @rotalks don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom
-
Nicko (@Freindy12) reportedThis awful person @EdwardJDavey should be in jail. He also helped the corrupt @PostOffice prosecute innocent sub-postmasters and trousered over £270,000 for so doing. Monstrous.
-
Robert Carnegie (@rja_carnegie) reported@pplrstupid977 @DrMarianaClaire @PostOffice Not blaming, but if the QR code is on a post label that you printed, then your printer may be poor quality (for this task), or printing too small. Or, could you print a label, not stick it to the package, hand it in? Then again, it sounds like a QR reader OUTSIDE the glass -

tolga tursun (@greennbygreenn) reported@HM_Passport @PostOffice You idiot post office

Martin R Jackson (@montyjaxon1) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Why was it that the Horizon computer system seemed to corrupt the data to the advantage of the Post Office and never the Postmaster?
