Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

@PostOffice Well, seeing as it was due to the post office branch that the posting was delayed, a guaranteed service should have been offered as a way of apologising. It's not my fault the staff couldn't figure out how to sell a few postage stamps.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Bit late for that bow. Help at the time would have been appreciated

There is no excuse for the inept service of the @usps. I mailed packages Dec. 1st with tracking and two of them are completely missing in action 23 days later. One is to someone who is all alone at Christmastime. And now I don't know if the package will arrive at all. #postoffice

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith It’s disgusting Sam. Royal Mails standards have really slipped: I know it’s been busy but we’ve known since March there’s a pandemic. They’re SO unprepared. I’ve had 3 orders arrive smashed this week that I sent on 11th December. Awful service. Hope you get sorted.

@aoifenimorain We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service in branch. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. >Mayah

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the person in our local @PostOffice branch within @WHSmith. So rude and then dropped my parcel with “FRAGILE” on from a height into the bag. Then laughed and gave the excuse “it’ll be in the back of a lorry soon”. Fuming😡

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith Write a letter of complaint. I don't know if people really write these things any more or whether it's too old-fashioned, but it makes you feel better if nothing else.

@PostOffice @FiltonTownNews Post office, so many of your staff have gone above and beyond this year but I’m afraid to say I have a complaint about my experience today outside one of your stores involving staff being very unhelpful and antisocial. To whom / how do I complain pls?
