@AltafHussainSWW @PostOffice Unless Spmrs are paid more than what it costs them to deliver the service then access to cash will be short lived. It is not right that the Spmr’s private retail business subsidises offering PO services. Perhaps you need to visit rural branches and get a more realistic picture.

@PostOffice hi ,I have quite a few unused stamps that I need to swap for the new bar code ones. Is the Freepost address to send them to a tracked service with a receipt as I would not want to just simply drop this envelope in a post box with no record or tracking?Thanks Paul

@PostOffice @Barclays Getting rid of counter staff was ridiculous decision. Not everyone is retired or on benefits and have all the time in the world to queue.... there's more people on duty at self service because noone can work out how to use them. 🤭😣

@Cotswolds_D @PShootLFWW @PostOffice So sorry you had this experience Cotswolds. I had a similar experience last year. I rang my local sorting office and lodged a complaint directly with them. They apologised and promised the man who did it would never be put on the round again.He was the manager FYI 🙄

@billymillest @PostOffice Unfortunately, my local main crown post office has stopped selling the commemorative issues. Frustrating to travel over 10 miles to spend over £50 at a nice post office which does have them. Totally forgot about the stamps last week, and if I want them, have to buy direct from RM
