@siany_d @PostOffice I don't for one minute think the lady in question was going to be using her own stationary, nor did I expect it. Let's agree to differ. I reiterate my first point that the post office displays dreadful customer service.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice keep getting txts saying a package wasn’t delivered to me and I need to pay a fee. As far as I know I only have packages coming via Amazon and Royal Mail. When I login to rearrange it logs me straight in but don’t recall setting an account

@PostOffice I am DISGUSTED by the lack of training within your customer service team and the RUDE people you actually keep on payroll to speak to your customers !!

Incredible isn't it @PostOffice spent circa £92 million on legal costs fighting a problem they knew about & prosecuted people for. Vennels the CEO at the time walked away with £5 million And only now the people who brought the case "may" be compensated properly..

Hi @PostOffice and @RoyalMail . The RM app says my local delivery centre is open 8-10 tomorrow. The PO site says it's 10-15.00. I want to use the scan QR to print out label service. When should I visit please?

Hey @PostOffice if 1 of your drivers doesn't lower their speed driving towards a cyclist on a single track road I feel it entirely appropriate to shout "slow down next time" as they pass, I don't feel it's appropriate for your staff to respond with 🔽

@ptandon007 @PostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw Agree with you sector 56 post office has arrogant staff . They have their own scheduled timings and there is nothing called as customer service here. Moreover the Indian Postal department is highly unorganised with lot of in-transit pilferages
