@sandratizzard @PostOffice Esp when one have arm robbery to like just said in inquiry, one subject to cyber attack on Horizon moneygram network

  • tony_sutton Tony Sutton (@tony_sutton) reported

@PostOffice Thanks, so it's their system issue then? Maybe not updated to accept them?

  • brianwhelton 𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported

@mkiceburnmarko @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I don't think Horizions issues weren't network related (aside connectivity), it was the applications running on hosts. Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

  • brianwhelton 𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported

@james_christie @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk If you have a bug that affect multiple locations, another that affected several others, then others that affects other locations, but not those others, I'd say your system has 'issues'. That amount of unpredictable/repeatable issues would be described by me as systemic issues.

  • davidareader David Reader (@davidareader) reported from Rochdale, England

So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?

  • manoskalamenios madebymanos (@manoskalamenios) reported

@PostOffice was in Richmond Post office and the manager told me that the self-service kiosks doesn't accept anymore international parcels and I have to queue for them in the counter from now on. Is that correct? New policy apparently.

  • NataliaDaviesUK Natalia (@NataliaDaviesUK) reported

@PostOffice appalling management and customers service in Chelmsford High street branch. One person serving all the customers and 2 scanning letters. No respect to disabled customers. Horrible.

  • mkiceburnmarko mark kelly (@mkiceburnmarko) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk One thing to point to PO managers, each branches are quite unique with product selection they offer, to number of counters, type of staff, and communication network used. Hence, it is very inpartical for all network to suffer the same bug issue.

  • DarrenWheeler Darren Wheeler 💉x4 (@DarrenWheeler) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I get the feeling they never actually looked. I've said it before and will repeat ad nauseum. There needs to conspiracy to and perverting the course of justice charges for those at the top.
