@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice Can you can help when I posted my item it was 2nd class signed for and The self-service machine did not print out the receipts so I left not thinking I would need them I did pay by card so I have to credit card transaction as well as the tracking code now the item is now missing

@PostOffice I will tweet daily about the issue as it is not just me it affects. You took out four rolls and left a town branch with only ONE TILL to serve a community of 7000! Elderly are left queuing for up to an hour if I pay on my debit card. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE

@PostOffice Hi Jess, this isn’t a criticism of that branch so please don’t raise the feedback as a complaint. My issue is that the main town Post Office was closed down and in 2 years, another one hasn’t been established. 4 tills to serve 26,000 people doesn’t seem quite enough?

@PostOffice I am not interested in excuses. This branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen more than two. I was there on Tuesday the queue nearly went out the front entrance of Tesco and the Branch is a long way from the front entrance of Tesco.

@postoffice you are failing a whole town, not just my business. If I wait in line and pay for post it gets processed on the ONE till. Customers tut at me! I used drop and go to alleviate the stress and my post was left for days. As you said MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR BRANCH & CUSTOMER
