@PostOffice Hi, I need help to find out my parcel update. It was marked as “Item Retention” yesterday and it hasn’t been updated today. @RoyalMailHelp isn’t replying (helpful) and the Royal Mail number keeps hanging up on me. It’s a birthday present so I need to arrive today.

@siany_d @PostOffice I don't for one minute think the lady in question was going to be using her own stationary, nor did I expect it. Let's agree to differ. I reiterate my first point that the post office displays dreadful customer service.

@PostOffice As I have a slight disability that post office is literally next to where I live and found it really easy to use for the service that you provide, but now apparently I'm unable to go back in, I'm face mask exempt and I don't have any.

@PostOffice No complaint about the team. But the Post Office system itself was down so they couldn't do a line test. Open Reach don't work weekends. The structure of private companies as 'broadband providers' sitting on top of Open Reach's infrastructure monopoly is rubbish for users.

@PostOffice why is there no contact phone number for drop and go account queries? I cannot log into my account and it says pending closure with NO explanation. There has been no request to close my account. This is putting my business at risk. Outrageous customer service.

Spoke to @PostOffice who are comically bad. They seemed very anxious that I should not be out when my Open Reach guy finally arrives in several days. WHERE AM I GOING TO GO? 2/
